FML Season 13 Applications!

Most tall buildings these days are built without a 13th floor. In the elevator, numbers go from 12 to 14 without any mention of this infamous number. Some people believe that it is bad luck and causes misfortune to those who are near it. Here at FML, we spit on this fairytale and say, "BRING ON SEASON 13!"

FML S13 Change Log:

• Season 13 will have four (4) rounds before an extended play-off.
• Conference mode will continue to be used, however...
  Rounds 1-4 will be pre-arranged matches. No player will play each other twice.
  Round 5 will be a Quarter Final between places 3-14. 6 matches, winners advance to the Semi-final. Rank 1 after 4 rounds will be a finalist while rank 2 will move to the semi-finals. 15/16th in each division will be eliminated.
• A maximum of 16 players per conference will be set (32 total players). A qualifier *may* be held depending on the amount of applications received.
• The top 2 from S12 and the four finalists will be auto-qualified for S13. These players do not need to re-apply. If any of the following players do not wish to play in S13, please contact an admin: rygorych, Persuade, Renaud, Ugrilainen, Lovetrance, Ghost-Burne, Slythe, XoZ_Magadansky.
  
• Lastly, Wrecktify is now an FML admin. Please welcome him to the staff and smack him upside the head if he turns into another Darkness/Killin.

-Solve this situation: You're playing on Twilight Ruins. Player A is surrounded by you and Player B. Player C is on the complete other side of the map. ~20minutes into the game, Player A decides to break his surround on you with an 80 food army comprised of mostly gryphons/casters/heroes. Your scout was late and you only have 55 food (with 1 expansion). Using any race and hero combination, combined with FFA tactics, how would you survive this situation and attempt to win this game?

What has changed compared to season 12?

-Lightweight has been pushed away
-Rain doesn't even get mentioned in the auto-qualified players
-Mallet as new admin

I would like to play season 13, but it seems that mavericks aren't desirable in this league.

The only players autoqualified are top2 per division and finalists.  Rain was neither.
