I vote for sanctuary.

I'm going out of town on vacation for a bit so here is my availability (I know it isn't great). All times are EST

Friday may 12th: 11:00 - 21:00
Saturday may 13th - saturday may 20th: N/A
Sunday may 21st: 12:00 - 20:00
Monday may 22nd: 16:00 - 20:00
Tuesday may 23rd - Friday may 26th: N/A
Saturday may 27th: 11:00 - 22:00
Sunday may 28th: 11:00 - 16:00

Growing older and getting more busy is really taking its toll on the scheduling, it's really hard to squeeze in some games.

Mine and Mog's schedules are really conflicting. The first day that both of us could play would be Monday May 29th or Tuesday May 30th.

I propose:

Tuesday May 29th 16 EST / 22 CET

Fetta can you post your full schedule? I could try and do a morning game during the 2nd week. What about like 11:00 EST on tuesday may 23rd? I put N/A originally because I figured with all day open on 3 weekend days it wouldn't be an issue.

2. Thunder Lake (FML) (so it is same but has 2 taverns)

Hi Dinamo, as my posted availability says I am unavailable this weekend, but am free all next sunday the 21st and also free all of the 27th and 28th. But from fetta's vague post doesn't seem he is available then. Everyone just post your availability please so we can work out a time

ok this will be a challenge. So basically Sunday the 21st is the only day we both can play @Dinamo. So, Fetta any chance anytime on Sunday the 21st works?

Sorry lads, I'm outta town on the 21st. I can play 17-23 CET wed-fri for the following 3 weeks. However, since dinamo has even more limited availability I suggest that admins approve a swap of one player

Ok, so admins need to help us out here. Current situation: dinamo fetta and I have 0 overlap for availability. Fetta, audigy and I are able to play wednesday may 24th at 11am EST (or same time Thursday or Friday the 25th or 26th. Dinamo cannot play those times. After those days, fetta and audigy are unavailable. Dinamo and I could play sunday the 21st, but fetta and audigy cannot. I cannot play before the 21st.

So I know admins are always against swapping players, but my suggestion would be to schedule match for one of those 3 weekdays at 11am EST and swap dinamo with another player who has that match time available.

Thoughts or suggestions?

On the weekdays it would have to be 17 CET. I couldn't play later than that start time. Weekends don't work because fetta is unavailable. We're in a pickle!
