I don't usually take care of scheduling, but we are kind of understaffed at the moment!

Not sure how easy swapping players would be, since the match making is automated (and I can't ask junker since he's afk)
Having a hard time figuring everyone's availability, but from what I can see, most of the problem are caused by players being on vacation? I wouldn't mind giving an extension since the tournament is not swiss, would that help? :S

Extension helps only if fetta can play on a weekend. Weekdays will never work because I have to play before work (17 cet) and dinamo could only play after work (20ish cet). From my understanding, fetta is unavailable on weekends for the next 3 weekends.

Normally I'm pretty good after figuring these things out, but there is literally 0 overlap in availability. Not even close enough for a couple hours of compromise here n there.

This might bit be unfair, but I'm just trying to think outside the box... what if there is an afk player in any other matches who is not posting for scheduling who we can swap? Maybe dinamo or myself  could swap since we have  open availability on weekends so it probably wouldn't be hard to fit into other schedules. Then whichever 3 are still here can play during fetta's availability and the 4th player (who presumably lost their schedule rights anyway) would either show up or get subbed. I know this solution basically screws a player who might have to be subbed, but better to screw the player who has made 0 effort to schedule then the 3 who have been trying but simply can't because of no overlapping availability.

Again, just trying to throw out ideas on how to resolve this...

@Dinamo , fetta already said he cannot play the 21st or 22nd.

The only reason I tried to swap one of us is because we have more weekend availability so it would be easier for us to fit into another match. Fetta would he difficult since he has no weekend availability. Also, both of us (and audigy) can play during fetta's availability -- however, you and I cannot both play at the same time. Unless you are free at 17 CET wednesday,  thursday, or friday next week. (Which to my understanding you are not based on your previous posts).

Okay, so as I see it we only have one last shot before having to start swapping players:

Wednesday May 24th at 10 EST / 16 CET

That means that Mog could play before work, Audigy before his doc appointment while Dinamo and I will have to leave work a little earlier.

Audigy can play on week end 50%!if doc health him! FML GAMES ussualy in week end and u take time weekdays and daytime((  Why u all play FML if u no time for games???Admins i cant confirm weekday Daytime!!!

So we are at the same spot we've been like I said all along. Dinamo, we are trying our best to find a compromise where we can play. That's why I suggested a player swap since 3 of 4 players have lots of overlapping availability but throw all 4 of us and there is 0 time. Just to be clear, this is everyone's availability (please correct me if I'm wrong)

Mog:
Sunday may 21st all day
Monday may 22nd anytime after 16 EST (22CET)
Tuesday - Friday 11 EST (17 cet)
Saturday may 28th all day
Sunday may 29th anytime 11 est - 17 est (17 - 23cet)

Fetta:
Wednesday - Friday every week 17-23 cet

Dinamo:
Anytime on weekends or weekdays only after 21 cet

Audigy:
Anytime (within reason) thursday may 25th - rest of playweek.

I've given all my suggestions and dinamo was upset about it, so please, by all means someone else throw out a suggestion that works with these schedules?

Junker has confirmed that he can switch the pairing and it won't screw with his code, I'll try to see if there's an easy swap we can make somewhere (he actually confirmed yesterday but I din't notice). Thanks doing your best to schedule :)

edit: ugh trying to look at scheduling topic and finding someone (which would be easier if everyone posted their schedule properly!)
I'll be going to sleep now and I'll try again tomorrow.

If you find anyone willing to switch (and who would not face someone he played R1 or cause the person he is switching with to play someone he he faced R1), I'll approve it.
And if the only way is to have a conflict with R1... Well I can ask junker, hopefully that won't screw his system :S
