The season is about ready to kick off in full force! This season will include a 24 player field. 18 of them will be automatically qualified and 16 will participate in a 2 round qualifier.

Qualifications Details:

Winning player in each match will qualify for S25. 2nd/3rd place players will play in a second qualifier match where the winning player advances to S25.

Map Selection will be the opposite of S24. Instead of Vetoing, you will choose a map you want to play on from a list of 3. The map with the most votes will be the one chosen. In the event of a tie, the first map on the list will be selected.

This is a abalanced game, everyone here has a decent chance. I think the game will ultimately be between Obslearn and Rain, anotherorc is new and shave will probably lose in the 3 way.

Another balanced game, it will be a 3 way between the first 3 players, fear is new so everyone assumes he is noob in ffa. Personally, Aireni and aarni are around same level so it should be interesting to see them 1v1.

This game will be the bomb, 3 facist vs a communist. I think Trunkz is the favorite here since he is one hell of a micro player, going 1v1 with him is almost suicidal, it's like a samurai fight where you must be ready to die:



I think I've heard or seen Malikjr before, but I'm not sure. Perhaps the one who stands a chance vs trunkz is the KGB puppet somethingwicked, after all he beat me in fair 1v1  .

Fraudigy, as coined by @Wrecktify , seems to have a fair game. The one player who will give him trouble is suckpuppet, whose team and solo are impressive, but ffa not so much. I wonder if crylaxu's master will go his cookie cutter mass necrowagons.

Rain is a great player with good micro and cunning play.  I think he takes this game.  Should be a close game, obs is a great player and I assume sosohasredhair is shave so who knows what kind of crap he will pull.

Should be a close game.  Jaod is the best player here, aarni is probably close second and airenkus is a decent orc so they will be pretty balanced.  No clue about the undead, he will probably fiend rush some unlucky person who spawns closest and then get tomed by someone else.  I think jaod will win, as he is cunning and has had great success in FML.

People may crucify me for this, but I've never seen trunkz play a single game. I only ever hear about how he is the best etc. etc.... Well, maybe he is and he will prove it here. But from my past experiences strong micro players transitioning into the FML world don't do very well right from the start. I think trumanshow or somethingwicked are both good enough players to qualify to the season, and I bet one of them gets through this game. I'll go with wicked.

Sexy is without a doubt a great solo/team player. Man, he even does good at Minidota  .
His biggest challenge is whether he can adapt to the laws & principles of FML.
He should never lose his temper and cruise in a laid-back fashion to victory.

It's because Rain applied after the deadline and was a replacement in the qualifiers. I'm sure if he had applied on time then he would have been auto accepted due to being a former champion like you said.
