I dont want to play regame and I wont.
It was eshan's fault too. In second regame when Hud got fatal error we 3 agreed on continue playing, eshan said "go", QQs unpaused and eshan said he lost units to creeps and left the game.

Then we spent 2 hours trying to figure out what to do, then we played a game next day and eshan was offline not even checking thread for 2 days.

I dont want to play regame, i won already.

DV didn’t respond to the suggestion of Eshan, then we played the game on the assumpetion that Eshan will be switched with Noex.

First time it was stupid bot (admins didnt check map) AND eshan who left the game when we could finish it 3 way.
Next day Maga said we can play so we played.

Its not my fault, and you cant force me to come 3rd time and play 2nd time.
I already spent 4 hours on that game. I was always ready in first day, bnet or w3arena, i was there waiting for you to deal with patches, admins to make decision (they werent around)
Second day I was ok to play or to postpone, but Maga made his decision.

I wont play regame.

I have no idea what the rules say about this issue. It's true that DV never confirmed, but on the other hand Eshan suggested the time. I have no idea, so i'll shut my hole and let the admins decide

Suggesting a time means you are comfortable with it and it serves as a confirmation. You, Eshan, didn't show up for the time and you got subbed, but because of the previous day drama, you were awarded 5 pts. This would be also the final decision as DV is against replaying the match. Case closed and we will update the rules with a note that suggesting a time is an auto-confirmation for that time as well.

maga u might want to tweak that rule a little bit. suggesting a time and then not seeing any confirmations from other players, you should not have to show up and see if the other players will show up without confirming. especially when there is still plenty of time to reschedule. rather ppl should stop being lazy and start posting if they can or cannot play

If you suggest a time and no one replies (and you don't plan on being available for that time any more), you can always just post something to indicate that you are not going to be there, like:

"Well seems like X and Y are not answering, lets try to find another time"

Suggesting a time means that I confirmed for the game - that isnt in the rules, but that isnt even the issue

DV DIDNT CONFIRM THE GAME. How can you keep saying that I should have showed up for the time when our fourth player did not confirm, Maga? Since when do you get subbed for not showing up for an UNCONFIRMED game?

You dont have to show up for a game if the game ISNT confirmed due to another player not responding

Plus, its clear from what everyone is saying that you played the game on the assumption that I will be Swapped with Noexxx, so since that isnt happening, there should definitely be a regame.

Sorry to inconvenience you DV by trying to have a fair game, you're being a huge bad sport by resisting regame with so much time left - i havent watched the replay but i can assume DV won the game from the points, this is why he would prefer this result LOL

I did not break ANY rules, there is zero reason why I should be subbed out of a game that was never confirmed by another player. If you want to put that into the rules fine thats dumb, but it wasnt in the rules, tons of people have done it before, and I should not be penalized for it - especially because DV is too lazy to regame despite being very active

And a quick answer to renaud - yes if a player doesnt respond we can say that, but thats certainly not a rule, and it was 4AM my time so I'm not staying up just to post polite messages. If a player doesnt confirm, why should I show up for the game?

Just to reiterate the rulebook:
3.20a Scheduling

All players must schedule their match and have proof that the match had been agreed on.

The match was NOT agreed upon.

Rules, manner, common sense, and popular opinion - there should be a regame 100%. I'm shocked that this isnt a clear issue. A player didnt confirm, the game should be rescheduled - not sub the player who suggested the time in the first place. The only one against it is DV because he won, but thats a selfish reason and definitely not his decision to make.
DV said: "Its not my fault, and you cant force me to come 3rd time and play 2nd time." - actually it is your fault, for subbing me out of a game that you didnt confirm. Stop being difficult.
