Professional, courteous, and skilled? I don't think these are the qualities that match Q, sorry.

I'm neither professional nor courteous but neither are most of the Lone folk. Hell in 2007 I found out they had a thread gossiping about me and other Northrend players. They said I was definitely a preteamer. As for skilled, I haven't played in a while so who knows how things will go. But there's definitely worse people than me in this league, just look at ebo. So I still have a chance!

Was just a friendly jibe my friend. A lot of Lone folk were exactly as you describe, which is why I left the clan several times (only to rejoin it later, because it was the only true FFA clan on Azeroth). As for this thread you speak of, I was in Lone during this time and don't recall, I remember we did have a huge thread on whether or not we should abandon our "no PM" rule. The results were inconclusive.

i cant believe an entire clan was prissy enough to actually ban pming for its members. pm is not imbalanced... its an element of the game to be utilized like everything else. why not just paly the game in its original entirety...

Personally, I don't really care, as long as the rule is universal.
If it's allowed, I will PM when needed though.

PM is just another tactic, sometimes blunt, sometimes precise (mostly blunt for me, heh). Sometimes it helps, sometimes it kills.

Well tbh most member din't give a shit about the no pm rule, they simply wanted to be in lone, so they agreed to follow it

And actually, "no pm" was a downgrade of the original "no teaming" rule.

We do have a few rules. No caps in our channel, no hate and no teaming. Teaming is taken to be any private chat as well as any blatant and sustained attempt to ally with another player.

Fergo was a wonderful player, and one of the first to identify just how powerful HU is in FFA. I almost think that he didn't want to get teamed himself.

I was lone member forever and always took the side of Q-veta, including this famous monsoon supposed preteaming game which wasnt preteaming at all.

Just Q likes to be a victim and point out a whole community as a single enemy, whether it jews or lone members.

I used the lone teaming rule (and anonymity) to my advantage a few time

Darkness that was a low blow. There were a few moments where Fury was more active than Lone and it had potential if guys like you would have actually joined, giving it more powerhouse players besides axslav, me, pitmclord, and a few other good ones.

You were too much of a frontrunner to join though :p
