MagiSuade 2v2 Tourney is here!

[Persuade]

Right now we are working on getting at least 4 teams.  We will use a combination of 2s maps and ffa maps to suit our players.

It will start within the next few weeks.

Please post here if you are interested as well as who your teammate is.

If you are interested and do not have a team, do not worry, we can pair you up with someone!


It will be bo3, finals bo5 and players will schedule on their own time, one match per week.


Modification in Process:

In summary
• The tournament is a friendly competition, bad manner will not be tolerated.
• Teams will play 1 match a week
• There is no scheduling of games - you must organise to play your games yourself, using bnet, private communications and FML forums.
• The primary portion of the season will run for an undetermined amount of time that is based off of how many teams register.

Format
The FML 2s league will be divided into two parts - the league part and the playoffs part. During the league part you will play everyone else in your league once, with the purpose of collecting as many league points as possible (more on that below).

The second part is a playoff bracket, where the top 4 teams who scored the most league points will be placed in a playoff bracket.

Scoring system
All matches in the first round are bo3

0 points for losses (0-2)
1 point for losses (1-2)
2 points for wins (2-1)
3 points for wins (2-0)

Games in the playoffs are bo3, with finals being bo5.

Penalty Points
Penalty points will be handed out for bad manners and/or flaming in-game or in the threads on FML. Should you be banned from the forums on FML after the tourney has started, you will also be removed from the league.

Win Reports and Replays
After you've played a game, you must send a private message to one of the league admins in order for your points to be awarded.
