Deathroses fountain isn't going to be crept 3 minutes in by an orc player... and death roses fountain is a lot farther from peoples bases making it risky to use it to heal a huge army then walk 2 steps to your ramp.  And for some reason maybe I'm thinking of a league version of LT that had islands removed, i forgot about them my bad :\ could swear I've played multiple LT's without islands :(

But LT sucks that's the major point I'm trying to push across.

I'll agree with your point about deathrose but you still haven't given a valid reason why LT sucks.  The fountain isn't as big a deal as you are making it out to be.  The shops give equal item and there are many easy green/orange creep camps making elf/ud able to creep quickly too.  Elf/ud also gain advantage in that the map is small, and the bases are close, giving chims a boost, as well as easier to handle tank/bat lame.  Would be an exciting map to see high level play on because 3 base is still fast paced and exciting but not as hectic and crazy/random as I would imagine 2 base is.  Plus its more dynamic in terms of positioning, multiple entrances with lots of ramps and water with islands etc.

Ya cause wetlands doesnt have a choke point lul.

Bases are too small on wetlands to go tower crazy, and games are going to be far faster paced then lost temple.

And rain the theory that Lost Temple is balanced in everything but solo is a joke, in FFA and 2s any centralized (a single) healing fountain is going to favor Orc.  I think fountain maps in general are broken as it greatly increases the power of certain races/heroes and decreases the usefulness of other heroes and units.  And the biggest flaw in lost temple for FFA is the fact there are 10 goldmines and 2 out of 4 spawns get much better position to 2 of those goldmines.

Or we could just not play lost temple or put it in the map pool because its extremely unbalanced map in general.  There is a reason every league took it out of the map pool.
If you need examples: The chokes at the entrances make it impossible for undead to push into a towered orc/human base

The chokes at entrances make it so that the defender has a sight advantage, which is good for a brutal 4 player map because it lets you actually hold onto your base through tactical means.  This isn't a problem in the later game when someone comes with siege units, whether they are chims, wagonmancer, tanks, Wyrms, or a Panda.  People are going to have the ability to see over the hill eventually, and lots of maps have choke points for bases.  I'm not seeing how this is a balance issue, since all 4 races have towers, all 4 races want choke points, and all 4 races want to be able to defend against midgame pushes.

So what you're saying is this:

1. The Heal Fountain provides balance issues
2. The corner gold mines provide a rotationally asymmetric situation, which provides positional balance

If those are the only real problems with the map, then I believe that I could take 15 minutes to fix Lost Temple, give it a couple trial runs with Garena FFAs, and we could put it right into the map pool.

OR we could play on the TFT version of LT, that already contains a tavern!

Oh yeah, forgot to mention. TFT version doesn't have a tavern, you're full of shit. They changed the tileset and the creeps. THATS IT. ITS AWFUL.

Here's a start to some map edits:

Lost Temple (Summer):
-Remove creeps around Heal Fountain and replace it with a Tavern
-Make the Islands more accessible

Swamp of Sorrow:
-Add ~3 taverns between bases; seems more practical than trying one or two central taverns
-Remove random neutral buildings and make them permanent structures; either all Merchants or a split of Merchants and Labs
-Maybe tweak the creeps a bit
-Consider changing the Fountain and its creep camp--favors gargs/chims

Scorched Basin:
-Add a Tavern right in the middle of the map (easiest fix ever)
-Consider switching up some of the creeps in the middle of the map; mainly the harpies
