Furthermore, Rank 1, 2, 3, 4 are actually the same. They all get to pick the map in playoffs. It's actually Ranks 5-16 that are different. So actually it makes absolutely no difference who I play. However, I see your point in a match up like Maga/Nooblex/Persuade, where they would all battle for NOT being rank 5 and under.

2 things :

rank1-2-3-4 arent the same.
Rank 1 gets the easiest mu : 1,4,5 and 9 of europe)
rank 2-3  vs rank 6-7
Only rank 1 and 2 choose the map.

You playing gh0st isnt the same since he isnt from the same conference. You dont compete against him for top rank of your conference. that was the whole idea behind the conference mode. Getting a round 4 where players do not have a specific need to kill someone in particular. you play the current rank 1 of Europe so it is still a tough mu for you.

The most interesting games for once will certainly be games M6 to M10 with no one in these game being out nor certain to be in the playoff yet. Should be a bloodbath
