I think i will just post the chat between me and Grim and you decide what to do with that.

Part1: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/714/grimchatlog1.jpg/
Part2: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/688/grimchatlog2.jpg/

It's an admins call so im not going to make a long topic about what i think of it.

So he doesn't hack in FML, that's good enough for me.

As long as he doesn't hack on bnet while he plays FML, I don't care.
If he continues to hack on bnet after being told to stop, replace him from FML.

I'm all for rehabilitating criminals who 1) confess 2) cease criminal behavior. Unrepentenants should burn though.

Not voting cause there is no option for this.

Add an option: "Keep him in FML IF he stops hacking in bnet, otherwise kick"

Meh, any hacker makes me nervous since I'm pretty strictly anti-hacking.  I don't really get why you would bother to hack in a 10 year old game that you're playing for fun and additionally how we know that he isn't hacking during FML.

Just my two cents.

My opinon is to kick him from the league no matter if he hacked in his 2 previous fml games or not. The replay proves that he uses mh, so he can also use it in his upcoming FML games.

Would be good if Grimfolf will post here a personal statement. If he can assure us that he wont use his hack anymore, i'd give him another chance.

The stance has always been "Don't do it in FML, but if you want to hack on B.net, fine." However, that stance was from when the FML community was not nearly as tight and outspoken as they are now. In the other league I ran, WCO, we kicked hackers regardless of where they were hacking from. If the community wants him kicked, he will be kicked.

Hopefully Grim will make a statement here.

Well, theres a saying ''once an hacker always an hacker''
And there is no such thing as ''use it for 2 weeks - i stop for league for respecT!!!!!''

But i really don't care.

Ebo was a confirmed hacker last time he was active
I was a hacker in SC1 (~10 yrs ago)

I trust he wont hack in fml, and I have no problem with having him

I have no problem either, I just don't want people to discredit the ''red circles'' and everything else.

If nothing else can we ensure that he doesn't hack on bnet anymore?  It reflects rather poorly on FML if he's hacking while playing in the league (even if he isn't hacking in the league).

Whenever you're against me, just imagine the eye of sauron looking at what you're doing and whispering with that creepy voice:

i am majorly pissed by you here lw

just cos u have the opinion that grim as a hacker has to be removed you pressure him here.

you know 50% of us don't have that opinion.

esp if he hasn't shown to hack in league

now he was quit the league. good job being selfish and winning what you wanted to win. you didn't at all respect the opinion of 50% of ppl

grimfolf just told me he would quit fml after i asked if he would start scheduling the game he is in.

He wanted to quit fml also after he lost to lovetrance in his game (maybe we are talking about the same thing). You see this wrong darker. I posted my opinion on ffareplays about that, but this is not a campaign against him. I just think that you guys have the right to know whats happening around the community. At the same time i would expect you to tell me when somebody hacks.

The question is: Do we accept people hacking outside of FML or do we not. Not more. For me every guy using MH is betraying me for a fair game.
