good good. You can take all t1 units and their upgrade :

orc : grunt + hh (can be upgraded to berzerk)
ne : archer hunts and balista i suppose
ud : ghoul fiend
hu : foot rifle

yeah only human really suffers from losing their castle....
on the good side they have x2 more hp than any other t3 hall, and have more armor
