Most of contest maps are on fra1 bot now.

Names are: ffa_ashenwood, ffa_neoncity etc.
Call me if I forgot to add some.
@nubulo give me link to latest ver. of equalrium if u want it to be added cuz i only have old one

yo guys on a custom map a spell is working on lvl 1 but after that so if you skill him to lvl 2 - 5 hes not working anymore! any idea how to fix that?

So, from a quick look in the editor my assumption is you are going for a map which is all about getting big as shit and becoming a wrecking ball. Big items, big armies, dragons, all that stuff.

Couple of things I noticed:
-Shop creeps aren't on Camp mode for some reason
-The ramps at the observatories are very sloppy looking
-For a map with the theme of "go big or go home" the map is super flat. I would expect some ridiculous hills and valleys that match the theme.
-Despite the theme, the items still dont make much sense:
       -Not that this will affect us too much, but the main base camp is a level 6 and a level 3 item from a 22 power camp.
       -The red ogre camps - also level 22 camp - drops a level 7, level 2 and a mana ward.
       -On the flip side, you have a 36 power camp with a comparable drop to the 22s (level 6, 2 and a watcher ward)
-Its probably intentional, but you can't walk past the mercenary camps to get to the healing well - you'll need to creep them first.
-100% unguarded dragon roost. I assume its intentional, but wow.

Thanks for the feedback! Here's updated version.

- Fixed shop creeps to be camp mode
- Added some more height/depth to hills all around the map
- Reworked a number of items and creeps
--- Fountain creeps are a bit easier to match the items, which I kept as level 6 drop + watcher rune, because I value watcher rune quite highly here. I'm just worried this can be crept with solo blademaster
--- Middle creeps are more balanced for the items they drop
--- Starting spawn creeps give weaker items
--- Removed the power-up items from the large ogre, but kept the level 7 drop because that guy is a level 11 beast with 3k hp, definitely hardest creep on the map despite lower level of the camp
- Yes it's intentional you must kill the mercenary creeps on the way to the fountain, but they are pretty easy
- Added some dragons to protect the roost

Can you elaborate what you mean by the ramps looking sloppy? Is it that they are straight across without height adjustment? I was trying to go for the appearance of stairs.

New version seems much improved. :D Double Merc camp will be fun I think! I need to get a game going on this map.

On the stair thing, I was referring mostly to the top left and bottom right most ones. They don't look anything like stairs due to the way the editor works - when there is an angle it makes sharp spikes instead of smooth surfaces. :/ I'm not really sure how to achieve a good stair look honestly, maybe one of the Hive guys knows a way.

Another draft of my map.

-Terrain work needs to be done
-Item drops are yet to be set
-No doodads
-No name nothing

Only a rough layout of the map, creeps and neutral buildings.

Last bot additions are being added now. Due to their being only a week left in the competition, this will be the final bot changes before the end of the competition.

Boomtown was just added and Gilneas will be added in as a 5th.

Any future submissions will have to be tested in private inhouse games. I am able to host if you cannot!

Hello, I have a question about the number of players shown in the map name. When I created Equalrium and Neon City, they just appeared as Equalrium.w3x and Neon City.w3x, but they did not have the (8) and (6) respectively which stands for the maximum number of players. It wasnt until I downloaded the maps from the bot, I think, that the maps obtained the (8) and (6) in front of their names. Now I want to upload all three maps for submission and while Equalrium and Neon City have the (8) (6) in front, my last map still doesnt have the (4) in front. How can I have my last map, Meson de la Taberna, uploaded with the (4) in front?
