Also, very important, I would like to please request that we do NO LIVE STREAMS of the game

Last game there was some controversy about VOVA streaming, especially with little delay, and I realize that its VERY easy for players to simply alt tab for 15 seconds, check the stream, and know everybody's gold counts. Even if there is 15 minutes delay, in a 2 hour game it doesnt make much difference. If people want to watch the game they can watch the replay, but if you cant stop players from alt tabbing to check the stream then its unfair for the game. So please no stream, unless the delay is 45 minutes+

About the streaming. we have the 15minute rule for streaming - and we are aware of the possibility that the players can check the stream to find out things. We had several problems with some streamers who did not delay enough. If we find out that they are streaming with less delay we instantly .kick those observers

Also, for the stream...15 minutes is not enough delay. in a long game where little action happens for 10 or 15 minutes, then the delay is useless cause the gold remains the same. if some noob cheater checks the stream then he knows...

Well the problem is. the Streaming Software X-split is only allowing 15 minute max delay ( which is 900 seconds)

Correct me if im wrong @ the streamers.

We will have to go into week 2 for this game either way - ill post my w2 times later today.
