Allow getting money if you bet on a guy that is subbed or cancel the betting

Yeah, I'm okay with changing it so if someone is subbed their money is automatically returned to those who bet on them, and the other bets reflect that change.  My initial thinking was that you had to pay attention to the matches and know who is reliable.  However due to allowing so many more people this season there are a lot more games that have been subbed.

betting pages now show who betted on who and how much they gained
and for some reason no one gained anything from P55, I'll try to fix that

Ok, fixed P55, but no clue why that happened, so if ever you guys feels there was a mistake somewhere, you can actually check now!

also, it says how much you won, but that doesn't include what you bet, so for example if I had 1:2 odds:

Renaud betted 50 on Ludix and won 25

so now I would be at 75

Oh, that's because it was the game with a sub (since LW was disqualified)
