Pers.  You got this wrong. When I say thursday 14 it means 14th. The idea would be :
Thursday 14th. 0-3am est = 6-9 am cet = 9-12 am msk.

You Guys need to start being clear when talking otherwise we will never schedule this ...

I cannot play during November 9/10 week end and zenchenko cannot play on the 16/17 week end. So it is a no - go for week ends

zenchenko I think you need to start to agree on playing really late one of this evening. I don't see any other solution.
Persuade agreed to play until 2am, or come back from work at 4pm, we need you to also be flexible, I respect your work and your sleep, but this is a dead end. Unless you see an other solution ...

This is a good compromise between zenchenko not willing to play after 23PM MSK and Persuade saying he can start at 1615EST. Even though to me it looks like Persuade tried to be flexible while zenchenko didn't try to
