FML Ladder is Back!

Well, before anything else is said I would like to start off by giving another round of applause to our Season 1 co-winners; Seksi & Brain.Man!  Once you all finish listening to the imaginary applause in your head please proceed to the next paragraph.

As promised, the FML Ladder (pending a better name) will have very brief periods of down time to provide continuous activity for the community.  This season will be run in pretty much the same manner that the last one was, with a few minor tweaks to make for a smoother system.  Without further ado, here they are!

1) Changed display to show experience bars, 10 points per a level
2) Experience starts at 100 so that all losses matter
3) Only FML Ladder players will give experience, but as a result only 60% of the people in the game need to be a member of the FML Ladder.  E.G. Renaud, Ugri, Mage, two bnet players are in a game.  This game would now count for ladder, but the winner would only get 3 xp.
4) You no longer have to post in the registration thread to join the ladder, instead you just need an account on FFAMasters.net

The winner of FML Ladder Season 2 will get their name displayed in the Hall of Fame on the site.

Please post any comments or suggestions (particularly about what we should name the ladder) in this thread.

They had a section on the website for it until the site got taken down and rebooted

Nope, we're not.  Hence why I'm asking for renaming ideas to indicate that this is separate from that.  Until then you're stuck with FML Ladder name.

Also, I would like to give a huge thank you to Renaud.  He's easily put as much work into this as PBM and I have, if not more.  He's the one doing all the technical aspects of running the ladder, and because he isn't making announcements he's probably not not getting the credit he's due.

Ok cool.  And big ups to Renaud and the whole Admin staff, thanks for the time and effort.  The ladder and FML season was a big success, the game type is more popular now then it has been since its golden days, and I'm sure this next season(s) will be just as good!
