FML Ladder... The Final Days

Well ladies and gentlemen, this is it.  With about 50 hours to go until the end of FML Ladder Season 1 the completion has been thinned down to two players.  The first being Seksi, and the second being Brain-Man.  Seksi has had a solid ladder season all season long.  He’s been in control of the show the entire time, and has dedicated many the hour to playing anyone and everyone.  The challenger, Brain-Man, only started playing about half way through the season.  He’s been dedicated to getting the games in though, often seen asking on the chat box if anyone will play.  Regardless of who wins, it is safe to say that both of these competitors have done a fantastic job.

And, as a whole I think it’s safe to say that the FML Ladder has been a success.  In just under 8 weeks we’ve had ~130 FML Ladder games played.  This is a tremendous increase over past activity, and it’s all thanks to you.  It was unclear whether or not this would be a one-time thing, but due to the overwhelming success of it I think it’s safe to say that there will be a season 2!

Just a few reminders as we wind it down.  First, all games must have someone say FML Ladder at the start of them.  Second, all games must be sent in immediately after they are finished by the winner.  If it is found out that games are being purposely held back for strategic reasons then said person may be punished by loss of points, or possibly having the game voided.  The ladder works because we update the standings chronologically, as such holding games back is detrimental to our running the ladder.   Last, the Ladder will end at 00:00 EST December 3rd.  This means that all ladder games must be sent to admin@ffamasters.net by 23:59 EST Sunday December 2nd at the latest.  If a game has been started before then but does not finish before then, it will not count. 

Again, great job guys.  This would not have been nearly as successful as it has been without everyone’s participation.  Good Luck & Have Fun!
