How to Schedule

How to Properly Schedule Your Matches
1) All time should be in USEast (EST)
1a) The times that you post should indicate times when you can start your match. Please make sure that you are allocating enough time so that you can finish your match. E.G. You have to leave your house at 20:00 EST, the last time that you should put you're available is probably around 18:00 EST depending on the map.
2) Try to post your availability for the whole two weeks as best you can, and once everyone (or almost) has done so, suggest a time that seems to be good with all player
3) If you cannot play a time that was suggested, try to suggest another time that would be good for you, and would appear to work with everyone elses schedule. Admins are always willing to help if the players are having trouble finding a time that fits everyone's schedule.
4) If you are able to play at that time, confirm it by posting that you are able to play.
Example of a good post
Round starts February 1st, and ends on February 14th.
February 1: 14:00-20:00 EST
February 2: 13:00-15:00 EST
February 3: N/A
February 4: N/A
February 5: 12:00-22:00 EST
February 6: 13:00-17:00
February 7: N/A
February 8: N/A
February 9: 10:00 -14:00 EST
February 10: 08:00-20:00 EST
February 11: 12:00-20:00 EST
February 12: N/A
February 13: 20:00-22:00
February 14: 12:00-20:00
This is good because it gives your schedule for the entirety of the period in which you're allowed to play.
Example of some bad posts
I can play Saturday
Most anytime is good with me except for a few times
I don't know
Scheduling is not a hard task, but it does make it significantly harder for games to get played if you do not do a good job of it.
Please and thanks.

please note, atm, we are using EDT (Eastern Daylight Time) instead of EST (Eastern Standard Time).
This can be confusing, because most of us will say EST regardless of if we are currently using EDT of EST

small friendly reminder:
if you don't play your game by the last date, every players get 0 points, because of the format of the league, we wont be able to just go on with the other matches

converter for those who still have problems!
http://www.timezoneconverter.com/cgi-bin/tzc.tzc
and remember, because of daylight saving time, you have select EST5EDT, and not EST

Change:
Since we now have two conference, we will be scheduling using EST (for America) and CET (for Europe)
