week 1  :

monday : all day

tuesday : from morning to 4:30 PM east

wednesday : all day

thursday : evening by 6:30 PM east

friday : all day

saturday : can't

sunday : evening by 6:30 PM east

week 2  : I will know by friday

Hi,

only days I can do it this week are Thursday in the morning/afternoon (or late night, before 20:00 EST or after 24:00 EST), or Sunday any time after 15:00 EST.
