Picked Renaud. The words written by Worpex describing me this season have inflated my ego to a point where I'll try to fast 80 SS, and have more success this time (killing 2 units!).

Went with Yz. I would love for Renaud to win this (elves stick together!), but I think the last game took away his underdog status. Renaud was allowed to bank serious gold, and then it turned out he wasn't forced to throw it all away because he proved to be quite good in a fight. I also have a hard time picking elf against 2 humans. Mass towers and tanks are a bitch, even for panda.
L77 had a fantastic run in the regular season, but for some reason I just don't think he's going to win. Call it a gut feeling, but I can't bet against it. Sorry buddy, and if you do win then I'll be more than happy to eat my words.
That leaves SS and Yz as the two I could pick. I think it will matter a bit on the map, but somehow Yz actually feels like he has an underdog status going into this game. It's hard to believe, but there it is from my opinion. As such, I think he'll be left alone a bit more then he normally would be. Either L77 or Renaud will probably be involved in some early pressure since no one wants to let them bank massive amounts of gold (again). This will leave Yz in prime position to have a solid early game, but then a great late game. It then turns into a question of can orc heros compete with mass tanks (most likely at least).

Either SS or Renaud but probably SS. L77 won't have me to stop y.z and then y.z will get teamed for excessive cheesing.

It's going to be SS or L77, depending on starting position (or if SS suicides like a nub)
If Rena or YZ win, i'll eat my shoes. There is maybe 0.000001% chance they win on this map in this race setup (assuming it's NE ORC HU HU and noone pulls a darkness).

Yay we know the map!
Predictions!
Part 1 Everyone will hoard for <20 min, then yz will go 100 and tome someone (God save whoever is next to him) The other two will keep the status quo until they scout the almost dead main. Victim A will then proceed to rebuild everywhere around the map, while feeding heroes to hexastomp.
Part 2 After a while, the other 2 will agree that they cannot let the orc heroes get any bigger, and will start killing expo (you can have xp or gold, but not both!). To which yz will peace with Victim A, and start fighting the remaining two. After 30 min of teaming, YZ is broke and can't go 100, and the two live player will backstab each others, allowing yz to get slightly more gold... but not that much because Victim A has drained half the map.
Part 3 We are now 120min in to the game, Teamer B is dead, Victim A has ~20k(and shitty hero), YZ ~7k, Teamer A ~12k. The general plan will be "lets kill the orc!". After yz's death. Both player will be more or less equal ~4k. At that point Renaud (not sure if he will be Victim A or Teamer A... but it doesn't matter since they are equal in gold!) will barely win, with 30k wood in bank, and will yell "HOW DO YOU LIKE MY WOOD NOW Q?" (pun intended)

You missed the part where YZ gets taken out htrt/dase style because pussygriffs rush is basically impossible to stop as orc.

I think that Renaud will win because every single game he is in for some unknown reason everyone just seems to think 'lol noobelf' and then he always kicks their asses :icon_mrgreen:
But seriously, after watching all of these games I think hes the smartest player in the league in terms of having pro macro and great decision making and timing etc. I expect YZ will either 1) get tier 1 rushed by SS or 2) go fast 80 and dominate early and then get teamed. I expect L77 will play similar to renaud, and try to be passive and get as much cash as possible while scouting and countering, and SS seems to be a wild card though after the semi game I have no doubt he can be a definite force in this game as well if he plays smart

ok, now i know for sure i'm gonna win, if we look at the previous fml finals, we can see that we usually have 1 race winning then 2 human player win, then 1 race win, then 2 humans etc etc etc
so we have :hu: => :hu: :hu: :orc: => :hu: :hu: :ud: => :hu: :hu:
By all logic, the next winner should be :ne: (and then 2 :hu: :( )
