For preorders, retailers usually predict when the game is coming out. But yeah, usually that happens only on their websites. This seems to be a physical sign they put out there. Even though it looks like the sign is kind of crooked and they misspelled "February". So it could be a hoax, or it could be real. Either way, interesting!

Possibly, but I won't have much time, especially if it comes out on that date. February/March are busy months at work.

Looks like the sign was taken down and Bashiok says there is no confirmation date.
