I am gone for a week starting Jan 31, so please don't leave the scheduling until that late.

This weekend: not sure yet, will update later on
Next week should be OK, around 5-6 PM EST for weekdays, not sure about weekend.

This is a tough one because YZ is pretty far east, Rain is in euro + leaving and me/Wreck work and shit. But seriously, Sunday is a biatch for me, no chance of anyone trying to accomodate any other day? I'd hate to come in knowing that I have limited time to play... I might just... not choose my main race, and instead...... purple sky someone and make the game end in 30 min!

For me, yes, actually Saturday is probably even worse. Ideally, I'd like to play next week, or even the week after that, but if Rain absolutely can't do, we should of course aim for Sunday.

Please use EST time and military time (00:00 to 23:59) to avoid confusion.

Thanks. This one is as difficult to schedule as a Hydro match because yz is much further east than the others. I'd love to play Wednesday/Thursday/Friday next week, but as I understand there is a conflict with either yz or rain or both.

The only weekday I can play before 18:00 EST is 12/26 (holiday). Other than that, based on schedules, we will have to play weekends. Im going out both Friday and Saturday night this week so its inconcievable I could play before 11:00 EST Saturday/Sunday morning. Early afternoon would be best.

Wreck that is an issue, the entire reason that w8man was switched with Rygorych is because Rain needs this game to be played by this Sunday

Y.Z/w8man's schedule makes this not possible, sadly. So unless you are available to play either next weekend or the weekend starting 12/30, this will have to be played Sunday.

Im sorry but this is absolute horseshit.
Youre force scheduling a game in the first week of a three week match because I cant play. So youre punishing me, when I will available for the rest of the three weeks, while Rain is only available for one. The person with 7/21 days availability should be accomodated, yes, but should not be able to jam their stupid schedule down the rest of our throats.
Explain please.

I have to agree with Wrecktify on this. You can't sub a person in the first week of scheduling and completely screw him out of this round, especially when his schedule is free and accommodating except for one mishap.
We need to find a different solution because this is not it. I hate swapping players into different matches, but I hate screwing people over even more. So we should do another player swap with someone who is available to play the match on Sunday and put Wrecktify in that other persons place.

Bah sorry, I'm an idiot :icon_frown:, you are correct Wrecktify + Worpex. Sorry, I'm still new to this, and since Worpex is open with another swap, I'll see what is the best choice for it.
Still plan on playing for this match on Sunday (hopefully), I will send a PM or two to people who can make it in place of Wrecktify.

Well to be honest, Im available for alot more than 1week.
12th-21st and 27th/28th. Thats 12 days of 21. And I also was available for pretty much 24/7 on anyday, so I would say scheduling with me is the 'easiest' considering that nobody else can play on weekdays.

Like I said I'm doing the best I can, these weeks suck due to Christmas and I gotta work with what I have, I will do my best to swap you into a match you can play, but the reality is with the deadline coming up for when you are leaving, it may turn out that it can't be done.
For now, please provide your full schedule until the day you leave, so that I can try and find something suitable for you.

Alright here's what we're gonna do, it sucks and I don't like it, but I've tried contacting people and either they can't swap or I just can't get a hold of them.
Rain and I will be swapping spots, I'll be in M27 now and Rain will be in M25, playing tomorrow @ 14:00 EST. We both have somewhat even points so it's ok, we'll be playing vs some people who've we already played before but at this point it doesn't really matter, I just can't wait for this holiday weekend to pass us by so that scheduling isn't a hassle again.

That was originally what I wanted to do, I was gonna swap you and Starshaped, however when I talked with Ugri we eventually decided to go with the way we did. Now the swap with rygo and w8man already happened and M28 already has a somewhat confirmed time, so I'm not going to mess with that again, had I know earlier that w8man could not play on Sunday, I would've been able to revert the swap in time.
It's all a big fucking mess, let's just leave it at that, I'm going to call it my initiation rite as an admin :icon_mrgreen:

As for my schedule, weekday times from yz/w8man don't fit with me (except Friday since I'm off due to Christmas, but w8man can't play then).
I can play early Saturday, Dec 24th, if everyone else is OK with it.
