Seeing how the league is pretty intimate, I was thinking, would it be difficult to open up a new forum with a thread per league player where anyone can contribute to the following:
-their experience against that player
-how to deal with this player
-what to watch out for
-specialty tricks the player uses
-links to good games that display the player's prowess
I thought this would be a cool way to start off the playoffs, since there is a full week or so before the qualifier round 1/2 end and everyone is bored.
Here's an example I can do for Marn:
He plays UD only... same combo every game, dk/dl/lich. He will typically mass garg from the start and maybe add a few frosties later on. I've never seen him do an early rush. He will sit back and hoard.
Don't trust him when he says he has no gold... he always has gold.
He always types in caps. If you type back in caps he gets furious and often suicides. Also he is in jail now.
Don't need to write essays... pitch in a few lines if you can.
Not sure if anyone else thinks that'd be entertaining. My thinking is that if everyone knows everything about everyone, there will be more experimentation going on, so people get a little less predictable (I know I will try to be).

Well the inevitable drama is a good way to keep the spirits/competition up, besides the informational part.

and hes only dying the 6th time he says so

Well, see, I suck so I need the fancy stuff to make up for it.
About the idea, I've been wanting to make player-profile pages for awhile with stats/results/etc, and while I have it started, its a lot of work and probably wont get finished at this rate. x.x If anyone who knows php wants to volunteer their time, that would be cool. :)

Stats would be good too, but I was thinking just a subforum with a thread per player (so 32 threads), and let the others pitch in the content instead of taking up admin time/effort.

This idea actually sounds kind of interesting, I'd read whatever was put up.
Worpex, if you have the standings for the other season like you do for 10 I could combine them all together. I know nothing of websites though.

I don't think there are noobs in the league. I've seen at least a few games by everyone so far and they are all either really competent players or unique in some way. Either way, linking replays would be cool.

Well, just a thought, I felt like it might be fun considering ladder is dead (found 1 game on east in a week), and Q round 1 is until 24th, and after that it's Q round 2 for another few days.
