We need a multiple of 4 for each conference so so far west is fine, and east is a little more tricky. We need to know if starshaped and turgid are playing or not.

We can go 24 or 28 players but we may have to refuse one or two guys if we dont reach exactly this number.

For playoffs, Europe will receive more spots for compensation. 9 spots for Europe, 7 for America

If I remember correctly, there is no seeding, and no seeding is needed since it's not the swiss style format

Seeding in the playoffs I mean, sorry.  Will it be 1-16 based off of total points once the 16 that make it are picked, or will it be 1-7 and 1-9 with the playoff matches created using those numbers?

Maybe a better question is how will the playoffs work haha.

plan was to make euro semis and america semi.

With such an unbalanced number of application and with the idea on letting the maximum players play ( so no qualifiers), rank 9 of europe will just seed as rank 8 of america and change conference for the playoffs

I would probably argue a bit with you before finally agreeing, but you do have a point that I would probably trust ugri right away.
