btw, aren't technically all orc unit T1?
I mean the spirit lodges requires T2, but the units in it are T1
same for beastiary and totems!

edit: and having no dispel should be no big deal, since you won't have any casters! :P

I think the idea is no units that require t2+ buildings.  Since night elf is very similar as well haha.  And I think he means he'd get annoyed if his heroes were constantly silenced.
