I had game 1 won if not for a dumb mistake at the end, game 2 should've went my way too. Game 3 I went DL expo vs bm on tm... didn't work out ;p. Either way no real solo games in over a year spelled doomsday for me. It's exciting to actually play good players as in general the only real competition now is good ffa games or the occasional pro player in an obs game. I'm looking forward to playing more.
UD would also be allowed to build shades, and elf can build hunts at T2 for sentinal but not use them in combat.
Although at first impressions elf might seem imba with DOTC, remember banshee/sorc are excellent counters.
Frankly I just want to see UD mirrors in this format, screens full of skeles!
Thing is, Human would own in this format. Mortars missle through everything and priests clean up all magic with mass dispel (gg shaman, docs, necromancers, etc.) Priests would be the most effective caster because of dispel and Mortar Teams are the strongest siege of the races ( Mortars > Catapults or Glaive Throwers or Meat Wagons). A human with any hero combination with 2/1/1 ratio would own (10 morts, 5 sorc, 5 priest) or (24 mort, 12 sorc, 12 priest).
Inner Fire Mortar teams for increased damage and armor. Polymorph on bears etc, dispel all opposing magic (skeletons, wards, bloodlust, slow, inner fire, curse etc), focus with the long range AoE bombs of upgraded Mortars. Mass heal and slow to control the battle and last forever... gg!

I hope ebo shows. Should be a very fun game. Not sure if I agree with Majin in saying that bigger maps suit my style. I was a competitive solo/2s player before FFA, my micro is strong I don't mind breaking 50 and duking it out after a short time. But of course the FFA player in me loves the macro aspect of the game type. I always seem to get owned on Deathrose, however, whether its a player denying a first expo or two players both going towards me leaving the other side untouched. PMage will come out on top after others have expended too much...

Majin will pull through with an old school necrowagon approach and rush out Renaud. From there a solid economy and DR third will prove fatal.

J'adore le Francais? htrt. makes a comeback but is out of shape, still affected from the skills of yours truly in a couple nice wins vs him earlier. He is rushed out by Sparkle. Redkeekee and Ugri go at it until they peace and take out Sparkle. Meanwhile however, the great htrt makes a rediculous comeback with heroes like the bloodmage and alchemist to win the game on a base race with hidden farms.

The only true FFA player stacks his DH with 4 crowns and expos both sides, saving his main for later. SS tries the hoarding approach but is met by other solo players. By the time they team darker it is too late as his main has moved down and DH level moved up.

Slippery Slythe. Looking for Slythe to play a more reserved set of Hero combos while still using his unique style and sense to dominate more this season. One of my favorite players.
Now is your time, PBM. Big items and simple map layout play a huge advantage for Orc. Sentry ward the map and go for a strong 80 or 100 push on Maga to deny him the gold and levels to dominate himself. Camp_and_Spank will probably get spanked for camping unless he pulls a virtuoso performance. Jehu...who?
My best days are early in the week (monday-wednesday) or Sundays. I work double shifts pretty much Thurs-Sat. I would like to play 2s also or at least compete with our current 2s team for the time!
I am best versus humans or undeads, then elves, I like facing orcs the least in solo.
