Lol Worpex discrediting Cumulos win, but giving smurfer win to real account?  :icon_eek:

Welcome back to the stoneage. 3 standard human players, sigh. Hopefully we see 3 different hero combos, i atleast predict 1 Panda, maybe 2. An Alchi, Bloodmage or Tinker would be also appreciated.
They all have experience in playing finals and 2 former champs aswell, so letīs see if nerves will play a role.

Geass not around much but had very good results. He used to be the guy that only played Am/Mk/Pal and using 95% of time only breakers and tanks - jeez! But with the copter buff he seems to cheese with those aswell and i even saw gryphons in that game where he got rather mopped by DenisKa. Since 3 humans gryphons are not to play a big role except in maybe some early rush attempts.
First round game we played together and he initiated hard 3v1 teaming so he it seems he is tryharding and motivated to grab a win at all costs. Only can remember that he was in 1 final before, where he faced noexx so he has both experience in finals and facing a good human, maybe thatīs a good experience he can build on.

Lilticīs keeps it really basic, focusing on the easy peasy things to execute w/o making many mistakes, nor taking many risks. Still have not seen much from him while playing with him or obsing games (3/3), despite having good macro (of course as human you can grab mines quickly, and u often can fight w/o losing much thanks to heal/staffs/mass tele) They should be aware of his style by now. To me he is the underdog here despite having good stats and won already 1 season, maybe that will help him another for grabbing another win...letīs see how much fun he will have with the czech airforce aka gyropcopter hit and run happiness, which can be nearly as annoying as alchi-transmute, blademaster & bat harrass.

Cumulo not much around either, but seems game in every season and entering the later stages pretty consistently. (playing on own maps, hi!  :icon_lol:) He seems to be a bit more relaxed and not being that querulantic and crazy pain in the ass for making drama or feuds, only of course with the common eshan hatred.
Usually he plays to gain big amounts of gold, but also seen him use the early pushing power by human, so looking forward what tactic he will chose or be forced to chose. Hopefully he wonīt suffer from peruvian shitnet, so we donīt have to see a disc in finals.

Junkerzam did it, again! After being on the edge of defeat for hours in the semis he somehow found a way to win even with near double suicide. But he had pulled out the right moves at the right time and used some effective tricks and moves to proceed in the season. He has a lot of experience on the final map, but a lot will come down of what race he will be. I still think his strongest races are ud/elf, while i barely ever seen him play orc and with human itīs just the basic stuff, getting wins with it doesnt necessarily indicates that you are good with it (when you play the standard cheese). Orc will be vulnerable early most likely and if he gets to the later stages either buildraced or teamed for having good heroes and humans usually only fear the fighting and herokilling power of orc and none other race.
His Ud style doesnt fit fighting human well from what iīve seen so far and with elf you either need to be trunkz or play panda/kotg/potm and getting high levels and a lot of gold on a map like twilight to have an overall chance vs human from my POV. Although Tinker/Alch could be an alternate choice in heroes, weīll see.

Iīd like to see Junker win since itīs cool when someone wins both semi and final which is hard to do and also cuz he is a random player and already been in the finals 2 times (?) before.

So guys put on a show, spotīs on you...

General Discussion / MMA characters vs FFA/FML characters
« on: February 21, 2019, 04:25:13 pm »
I found that piece, which i started like 2 years ago and recently found. Never finished it, but maybe some ppl can add or change some stuff....

I am a fan of MMA and also Pro Wrestling  :icon_razz: and originally wanted to compare FFAers to Wrestlers, but switched to MMA guys (maybe using both worlds would been even more appropriate)... maybe some of you following one of these sports/entertainment aswell...

Here is he current list (as i said before was made 2 years ago, coulda add or change up some but w/e - thought iīd share it with you how it is).

Wreck:
Josh Barnett. Oldschool, many tools, a nerd, uses all tricks (close to) cheating, talkative, serious approach and sometimes entertaining.

Mog:
Rich Franklin: Former Champ. Unspectular but very efficient strategies.

Noe:
Ragin Al Iaquinta: Skilled, young, ragy.

Renaud:
GSP:  Crafty, sticks to his guns, polite and canadian.

Shave:
Conor McGregor:  on the edge mostly, over it more often. Very much smack talk. Tries to play mind games all the time. Has skills, but gets embarassed fom time to time very hard. Much into fashion.

Worpex:
Dana White: The Boss. Medium level player but good promoter and organizer. Believes in his product. Abuses his powers from time to time.

Htrt:
Jon Jones: Considered by many the Goat. Being himself in the way a couple of times.

Fetta_ook:
Tito Ortiz: Big Mouth. Bigger losstreaks. Powerful when in shape and not vs good competetion.

Eshan:
Chael Sonnen:  Oldschool. Bad boy. Talks and manipulates a lot, often in an funny way. Likes to play it safe.
Battle.Suck:
Wanderlei Silva: Brawler type of guy. Chokes when trying to play it more strategically. Hot headed.

Massmoretankz:
The „just bleed“ guy: VIP fan. Likes to see others blood, sweat and tears.

Gradient:
Kazushi Sakuraba: Endures a lot of punishment. Hungs tough and rallies. Comes back and keeps true to his art. Always game.

Invincible_Rice:
Royce Gracie: Innovator. Some kind of elder statesman of the game.

Alienwareownz:
Cain Velasquez: Mexican heritage. Skilled and well rounded. Not much of a talker. Poker Face.

Trunkz:
Luke Rockhold: Vain and cocky. Skilled. Same stuff all the time. Vulnerable early.

News / Re: FML Season 29 | Semi-Final
« on: February 21, 2019, 04:11:58 pm »
Season slowly coming to a conclusion and damn, some surprises there aswell as some expected stuff.
The three most tryhard ppl (besides maybe 2-3 others) and competetive nerds in Cumulo, Liltic and Eshan made it again to final or semi, meanwhile there were a big bunch of "go with the flow & mood“  players.

Cannot say too much about the entertainment factor of games, since i watched 2 streams and obsed 2 games only.
I feel like the new pts system made the race tot he semis & finals pretty close that itīs inevitable to make atleast 2 or even 3 semifinals to make it more fair. Also it would grant more playoff and higher tension games, which usually makes for more fun and drama.
To the semis:

Junkerzam seemed like a possessed crazy cat, trying kinda hard, doing his Bonkerzam stuff. Using his new/ fetta bromance account appleofagonay (long live the alliteration) brought him luck (letīs forget about that unfortunate disc, can be happy he did not get preteamed in 50% of his games like eshanna).  Fetta somehow will also be in that game due tot he strong scandinavian-4-month- of- darkness spirit link, that also helped him to get the necessary level to advance in R4 and bring the swedish assnaked-alpha-apathy  to the light to everyones delight - once again.

Reinforcement plays quite consistently and saved last seasons finals after the withdrawal from his fellow russian. I just saw the infamous first round game by him where he went tunnel vision early vs shave for the cancellation of his early first expand. He uses now some tinker, panda, alchi combo or whatever, to me he is still undead… weīll see with what he comes up. And hopefully, once he makes it tot he finals, admins will write his name correctly on ffamasters….

Eshan will be crawling about a hideous strategy to puppet and manip the other guys already and digging deep in his memories which player could be biased towards another, holding grudges or having certain tendencies and  for that eshan will be getting help by cambridge analytics for some detailed big data research. He has by far the worst micro of all these players and thatīs why he probably gets ignored, but of course he will be paranoid about getting analed early, so he will build asap 80 food and chat for his utter life.

Shave did not distract himself by chatting nearly nonstop crap in discord with simply leaving it – weak move. But he raised to be an unstoppable force with the help of some cheesy alchi/mk/pal mass air strat, he better plays something not so imba or i foresee him being preteamed out after 15 mins, sadly.
Or maybe using the name of his big idol Yane redesigned the structure of his braincells and let him become the real Gosu, SuperSaiyajin Level Ultimate Number. That first round fluke in the matrix started the whole process and created the outburst of genetic freakiness.

Iīd wish Reinforcement will win this cuz he seems the most relaxed, cool guy, but both Junkerzam and Eshan with their experience in tricky games have a slight edge imo, leaving shave as a small underdog. But overall that game seems to be wide open to be won by any of these players.

Match 19

:Bulgaria: :orc: Godfather
:Argentina: :ne: Supremo
:Russia: :ra: Dinamo-
:USA: :ra: Donald-Trump

The Godfather will use his supreme dinamo to wreck the TrumpTowers.

Match 20

:USA: :ra: Eshan
:Russia: :orc: Jiexa
:Albania: :orc: ena1337
:Poland: :ne: Gradient

Eshan will end up in semis.
Looking forward what stuff ena and gradient will do. Jexa strong orc play will make him get teamed.

Match 21

:Czech: :hu: Lil Tic
:Sweden: :ra: junkerzam
:Sweden: :orc: Fetta_ook
:Finland: :ra: aarnikratti

It will be all good manners and smiling and laughs everywhere - perfect vibes incoming between these four men.

Match 22

:Bulgaria: :ud: jOeybadaSs_
:Russia: :orc: DeniskaEE
:Germany: :ra: Slythe
:Russia: :ra: Jaod

Nice cast! Letīs go.

Match 23

:Germany: :hu: GEASS
:Russia: :ud: Reinforcement-
:USA: :ud: Vyvanne
:Peru: :hu: zS.SuperCumulo

Hopefully weīll see two UD vs HU so we can debate about balance, theorycraft hours long about the matchup and army switches. Pretty promising match with high stakes!

Match 24

:Germany: :ra: Shave
:Germany: :ne: Trunkz
:Russia: :ud: qwest
:Germany: :hu: QQs (replaced by Noexxx)

Like in the good old times when those were amassing inhouse games together, but will the friendship be the same, are there invisible barriers or undiscussed topics like finger-strenght-workout, 2on2 MD challenges, the newest hiding spots on undiscovered cliffs or you could implement your daily breakfast utilities into an asmr video.

M13

:Peru: :hu: zS.SuperCumulo
:Sweden: :ra: junkerzam
:Bulgaria: :orc: Godfather
:Argentina: :ne: Supremo

Can Cumulo also win on a map he did not create himself? He sits fat on his 46 points throne of season 29 at the moment at itīs on the prince Junker, Godfather and Supremo to dethrone him.
But if the head will role will depend how good they know game of thrones, err i mean how to damage the super economist with a obsession for 2001īs memes early or find a way to his crazy play with mass gold and happy human race lategame.
Junkerzam proved to be a game opponent most of the time so i see him having the best chances and overall skills to succeed. Godfather seems to be a good micro player, but i still have not seen much of him except getting the human hooray as orc by the hands of liltic. ( Also i though he is russian, then i heard he is american, now it appears he is bulgarian, so confusing)
Supremo better shows some beautiful 100 food army which consists every single different unit the elFISH race can offer (donīt forget wisps for dispell) and ofc Metamorphosis and Starfall, while i want to see that lvl 1 Kotg all game long.

M14

:USA: :ra: Eshan
:Russia: :orc: DeniskaEE
:Sweden: :orc: Fetta_ook
:Russia: :ra: Jaod

Petyr Eshan Baelish, the evil Littlefinger died a well deserved death, but the faceless manip godness with thousands names (BicycleBrontosaura-(Velociraptor) the Pigeon (Falcon), LightlytakenAli (Dark.Messiah), the pereGRINGE and so on) will summon again and again, no matter how many times you smacked him down, deleted him, he will either hide for hours, until you forgot that he already existed or uses his snaketongue to penetrate the weak minded until they are too hypnotized for making the right decisions. ( or simply annoyed by it, pity the guy and hand him a freewin so he wonīt make drama for 2 weeks).
In other roles we have DenisKaEE (what does that KaEE means anyway?), who should fight fetta to crown the best orc.
Fetta will betray himself with playing nightelf and will feel thatīs even in roboform the tinker needs more micro than a blademaster to save.
In start of the game he will tell the other players that he is playing naked, which now everyone knows could be damn true, causing the others to lose 50 IQ points due to the ongoing distraction that image will cause in your brain.
Jaod best player here, but he needs to watch out not to be too stubborn and piss off someone else.

 M15

:Czech: :hu: Lil Tic
:Albania: :orc: ena1337
:Russia: :ra: Dinamo-
:Poland: :ne: Gradient

Litlic not to mistaken with Liild.C MUST be a smurfer, itīs either Camp & Spank, Camp & Spanks Son, NtropY, Ntropys Son or of course Wrecktify who needed 6 months to create a viable strategy with human, that his aging reflexes give him similar power like the allmighty 90 APM elf race, pay a guy who mimics him in discord channel and spent 3 hours a day there, plus making b100 play under his Liltic Nic some MD`S, tryhard style.
In a repeat of the epic season 28 finals mayhem Ena, the Neck Alumn and 5* Cook, will face the human highlight machine again to battle out who has the best Beta Meta.
Supported by gradient (hi real timer, no fer, 2n1 play nonstop) and Dima (the Phantom).

M16

:USA: :ud: Vyvanne
:Bulgaria: :ud: jOeybadaSs_
:Finland: :ra: aarnikratti
:Germany: :hu: QQs

Itīs still so irritating to see a guy, that i know as Elsha playing orc ground using an aka Vyvanne only playing undead... Will be interesting to see how Joey and Vyvanne will match, looking forward to some good ud vs ud action.
Not sure if the others are worthy of being in the same game as multi-wc3-talent AArni (solo, teamgames, MD, FFA = Gosu) and itīs 100% guarenteed they will ask him for advice after the game about creeproutes, army compositions and most likely want an autograph with him standing on a husky sled with the finnish flag in the background and the sun in the sky showed with a sexy smiling trunkz face on it.
QQs lost his Mojo, but we cannot thank him enough to even show up in season 29, just to represent -  a CHAMPION - simply GLORIOUS.

M17

:Germany: :hu: GEASS
:Germany: :ne: Trunkz
:USA: :ra: Donald-Trump
:Russia: :orc: Jiexa

Geass failing to register in time last season, not giving a fukc about who he owns and thus not using his privilege of chosing opponents as round winner THIS season and just winning two in a row is simply hilarious. Still only using Hu Trifecta ad refusing to make any other units than breakers, tanks and gyrocopters he flies under the radar since the average ability to remember for the common fml player lies inbetween 3 and 4 months.
Trunkz will welcome him to the new, rude world of 2019 FML and bust his ass open with his refined runīnīburn-hopping style until the mountainking has lost all his fairy mana juice.
Jexa will tome the american provocateur Donaldo Tramp and then either fall to trunkz DH and staffs or get an easy win with a well timed attack.

M18

:Russia: :ud: qwest
:Germany: :ra: Slythe
:Russia: :ud: Reinforcement-
:Germany: :ra: Shave (or subbed by NOE/ALINE)

Here we go again, Qwest in a game with me. I hate it. I am like 0-4 with atleast 2 wins for him, good for him. This time, it looks bad for both of us considering the points earned so far. He even has just a slim 20 points, who could have thought that him being the unstoppable machine in FML HERO MARATHON LADDER - oh wait, maybe his unscrupulous manips donīt work that good, since his name is shown, unless itīs vs some other ruthless, hopeless manip prey in Eshan.
A guy i originally thought mostly relies on precise, perfect ud executional play with a high drug dose of tryhard sauce (taking pride in finding every place on a map to hide and make islands) to a guy who lost a lot of credibility giving his RIDICILOUS output of completely low manips (since a year or so and especially on that fml ladder season) and bad decision making (last finals).
Hopefully Cement is game on that day and will put on a good fight vs qwest early, so Shave and me can hoard some and build a nice base and beam our heroes into immortal army slashers.
Cement seems to be very active during last year and must been in a good shape. Havenīt seen any games of him though, unless a couple of moments from the last season finals.
Shave has a nice human strat for twilight so hopefully will show up and and have fun besides his favourite map Deathrose (which he plays every day right before he goes to bed, of course picking orc, fast creeping all red spots, putting 4 crowns and a mask of death on his BM, taking on 3 computer insane and soundly stomping them into oblivion, making him smile and feeling like HE-MAN while his transformation).
With that being said, i have no clue how to win that game, picking what race or using which plan. Kinda unpredictable ~.~.

News / Re: M1 Result
« on: January 11, 2019, 01:58:20 pm »
Funny game...once again.

In the 3-way we all had our chances. I missed to use my army and eliminate Geass early in 3way and to rekill his only worker after he resurrected it.
The 2vs1 in my base was so messed up, but i got lucky they did not kill my altar (sometimes itīs good to do it for the others, sometimes not, cuz maybe you are stripped of ur chances of getting help afterwards), so i could make another comeback.
Shoulda also kill Gradients last tree earlier OR peace and team w him to keep the focus on Geass with his standard cheeser combo and infernal.

And man, Joggel must have had so much fun. Itīs a cool strat -  unit and herowise. I used it a couple of times on ladder and when you get some lvls on ur heroes and upgrade for units, itīs pretty joyful. I think and hope he had a lot of fun playing and also surviving the teaming and harras for so long. Imo he exposed himself too much with hitting my base in the end leaving his remaining base very vulnerable.
Best wishes to him for his surgery and a speedy recovery!

Joggel coulda have try to finish me same as Gradient coulda finish Geass.

It was ok staying more passive for me and Geass when it was clear Joggel and Gradient were ahead and needed to clash heads for some time.

I struggled with being doublesurrounded (although i balanced it a bit with that early expansions aggro XD) and some creeping lapses (meeting Joggel at red camp, not watching when gradient stole corner item, kinda wasting Ice Spawn).
Also i did not scout Joggel enough for knowing his army. Wanted to get Knights mortars casters vs him, but had not enough farms and upgrades also and fucked up first fight and afterwards due to his lvl advantage it was an pretty tough uphill battle.
These spikes and lags did not help, either.
