At Saturday 10th, I can only play from 21 CET to 23 CET (15 EST to 17 EST). But at Sunday 11th, I can play from 12 CET to 20 CET (6 EST to 14 EST).

CEST. At least that's the time zone which has been recently used for all other matches, people just don't care to write that S-letter there, so when scheduling CET = CEST.

I can play definitely 19CET on tuesday. I think 18 would not work, but maybe 18:30.
