Yes, it seems admins are afraid of getting their hands dirty. It is very difficult to come up with conclusive evidence to support a claim of cheating, so I understand why there is hesitation on this matter. But it doesn't mean admins should not look into it.

Junker is playing really well this season and has been performing on a consistent high level in regards to micro/macro/manip and intelligent play, so I bet on him.
The new rules are definitely an improvement. Imo it would be even better if all players were only allowed to say "rdy" or "go" in the time where we wait until the guy gets back. If he isn't back in 10 mins they could unpause if they all agree.
Eshan is making up all sorts of ridiculous arguments like "i like to chat during pause, and I want to talk about the game". Those are not serious arguments, and has nothing to do with improving the game play. Its about Eshan trying to preserve his own interest by stopping rules that prevent manip as he is known for :D
1) A minority (if any) actually want this to happen.
2) It ruins the flow of the game if one can pause and use that to manipulate. FFA is supposed to be fast paced where one has to both chat, micro and macro at the same time. Its not a contest for players that chat and manip into victory.
3) If one player can pause for 10 mins and do that 3x times just to piss people off it can't be punished.
4) The games may get boring and long.
Instead of making this new rule it would be much better to punish unpausers and there would not be a problem.
