Basically as the topic states. Anyone have interest in playing on a FML league team for solo and 2s for fun. I know we have a number of good solo players already, though I see the possibility of poaching them (Rain and SS =D.) But, there are more leagues coming about now then there have been in the past few years and I know we have some good solo talent here. If anyone is interested I would be willing to manage the team and I'm sure we could get Worp to help out since he's got some experience. This is really just testing the waters so let me know if you have any interest. We would probably need at least 5 people.

I would be interested in this. I'm not sure how I compare to the others as a solo player but I'm sure Persuade and I could represent in 2s well. Depending on interest I'd be happy to play solo if there are no better candidates. Perhaps people would be interested in some 1v1s tomorrow to see whats what?

If Fah-q is in I'll play however I think should try a variety of 2s teams to see who is the best ( me and Iskes Clan QZ represent). But I've already gotten myself into solo shape again as its much easier to match then FFA and I've quit Starcraft 2.

Oh wow, I didn't realize you guys were actually going to go and do real leagues. I recognize a few of those teams. League of Star, Verya and Riders of the Storm are very old and likely pretty good too. Just remember that this is about having fun, don't worry about winning.

Threw this together in 5minutes. It looks like shit, but uhhhh. Yeah. The FML graphics weren't designed to fit into a perfect square and i'm too lazy to make something new, especially since the other clans have a shitty one too... soooo here!

Ok, our first match is against Arye. Their roster is as follows:

Because we haven't really gotten around to doing solos for the spots so far, I propose that Bright, Persuade, and Seksi play the solos and that Persuade/Red for 2s. If you really feel that you have a better shot then someone else then play them in a BO3 sometime today.
Scheduling begins today, but we are allowed to play our matches on separate days (much the way FML is scheduled.) So would those that I listed please post the times that they can play Between May 20th and May 26th so that I can go ahead and schedule it.
Just a few reminders. Starting Map for Solo is Echo Isles. For 2s it is Turtle Rock. The map pool can be found here (http://www.biacoopl.enjin.com/forum/m/5318019/viewthread/2925329-current-map-pool).
The format is 3 best of 5s in solo and a best of 3 in 2s.

Anyday of the week after 1 PM est however I go on vacation next week and will be gone Tuesday-Friday.

Also my worst matchup currently is elf vs human which they have a giant abundance of, so if someone else is very confident vs that matchup feel free to have them replace me and I will just cheer from the sidelines for this weeks war.

He's on a different team, and I doubt DKH would like him double tagging haha. While I think he might be allowed to for this league since he is not on a different team, it would be up to him and I doubt either he or DKH would want it. That being said, if you read this Rain and want to please do let me know. Also since Seksi hasn't replied yet Red I'm currently going to pencil you in for a solo. This will change if Seksi replies to me soon, but he has not so far despite an email.

I work in a restaurant so my hours vary really, but typically the week (mon-thu) is better for me as I try to work all weekend.
As for this week, I can play/practice today or tonight any time (I'm off), tommorow during the day time, Friday during the day time, or sometime later on Sunday.
I would like to play some 2s games also if need be, even at my peak in solo when I was really good I was a better 2s player. Maybe some fun practice 2s games against each other along with solo would be cool.

Just some updates:
BiAL has been postponed a week. Our next (first since Arye left league) match will be between Monday the 4th and Saturday the 9th.
Current starting lineup is:
Duck, Persuade, Seksi. If you think you're better than one of them, challenge them to a Bo3 for their spot. Each person may only make one challenge a week though. 2s is Persuade/Red. Depending on the races in their lineup shit may change as well.
Those playing please post available schedules for that week when you can so I can schedule your matches. Sorry for the delay, but the league sucks. That being said, it's something.
I plan to apply to neLeague as well once applications start up there as well since that seems to be actually well run. If anyone knows of other leagues we should apply for just let me know.

We've got Bright as well for sure in solo so he'll be the other starter in other leagues most likely. Htrt said he'll think about it. Wreck and Red are also on it, and maga doesn't appear to have much interest.

I know cechi too, and I've never lost to him. Granted last time I played him was over 2 years ago so maybe he's went Super Saiyan since then. Either way I have faith we can still win the war even if some1 drops a series to Cechi.

After scrolling a few pages back I've finally found the information pertaining to the league... Mage when you say "next sunday" do you mean a week from this sunday or this coming sunday? If its between now and Sunday the 10th I can only play very specific times. If the sunday after I'm very open. For this week I can open up some time on Thursday night or Friday morning-early afternoon. Saturday the 9th is our solo tournament + I'm out right after and Sunday the 10th I have a performance right after church and I don't know when I'll be back, but could probably do it if it was late, like post-10pm EST.

The bright side is that these are the best of the teams in the league. The down side is there are only about 4 active teams in the league. I'm trying my best to take over some admin duties for it to make it better, but we'll see.

I had game 1 won if not for a dumb mistake at the end, game 2 should've went my way too. Game 3 I went DL expo vs bm on tm... didn't work out ;p. Either way no real solo games in over a year spelled doomsday for me. It's exciting to actually play good players as in general the only real competition now is good ffa games or the occasional pro player in an obs game. I'm looking forward to playing more.

K, so we have a match tomorrow at 20:00 CET.
So far we have Lewis, RKK, and Persuade playing solo although Persuade will have to be either before our after. We need another person to play solo, any volunteers?

End well, this might not. Umm lewis and I played like 2 games together and it was meh. Orc/Elf best 2s and Persuade orc strongest in league for solo/2s at this point so if they have any other available dates probably better to wait. Otherwise we can make due but no guarantees it will go well ^_^.

I'll be there and can indeed take over manager duties, however I hope you will be submitting the lineups for me, but at the war I can definitely handle everything.
As for 2s eh I have a reputation at stake for winning all 2vs2 league matches I've played except for when me and Mog lost to Axslav and Plazmatic and I can not tarnish this reputation and am not at all confident in me and RKK T.T Nothing against him but my orc is very sloppy in 2s and my standard elf is still a bit off.

Games cannot be postponed more then 24 hours :/ so 2s really has to get played today. Beljone, go to the site I linked before and create a team then join fml. That'll put you on the roster.

Ok, I'll do that for sure. Most of the people are looking for practice, so if you ever want some games I would contact them. I know Lightweight, duck, lewis, and rkk have been playing a good number of solos against each other and are always open for some practice if they have time.
In other news, we lost 3-0 to DKH, but we had some close games. Our next match is against A1 which I'm not too optimistic about, but after that I believe we should have a much easier time. The top 3 of 6 teams make the playoffs, and I think that if we practice up and get a little luck we have a shot since I expect A1 to go 5-0 and DKH to go 4-1.

im really curious.how did we get into that league?seems like we are the super outsiders in this league. Clans like DkH or A1st are really one of best wc3 clans out there.

Yeah thanks, I just contacted an admin about it as well as Zoz to schedule when we can play it. We had all thought that we only need to play the bo5, but turns out we need to play all 5 either way.

Ok, we have a match on Thursday and a match on Saturday.
Thursday is for ESL and it is against A1 at 20CET (14:00 EST).
I plan to have Duck play 2 solos, lewis 1 and Seksi play 1. RKK and LW will be the 2s team.
Last time they played Emal, Cechi, Focus, and Prado for solo and prado+cechi for 2s.
Saturday we play LP at 22 CET (16:00EST), a much more manageable match that we should be able to win. Just a reminder, the format is 3 bo5 solos and a bo3 2s.

I have not worked out who is available to play yet, but most likely it will be some combination of Lewis, Duck, Seksi, and Persuade for solo and then Persuade+RKK for 2s.

Lol, I am dwarfed by the starters in terms of solo talent. I play solo only when desperately needed. If you want my spot as backup I'd be more than happy to give it to you. Also G2 was pretty lame since I messed up stupid merc camp and got so far behind from the start. Frankly though, if I took a game off you you'll have a really tough time with persuade/duck, and you are quite bad mannered, ignoring my gl hf and not offering gg at ends, which always rubs people the wrong way when asking for a spot on their team... sure left a bad taste in my mouth and I don't even know you.
Bear in mind these are all personal opinions and have nothing to do with your standing on the team or in the league, the team is 100% managed by mage.

i outscored you in g1 and i lost because you tower'd so i was left with nothing for late game. i am not bad manner'd i just like to focus. i did say gg after you did. and i said nothing all 3 games. which the last 2 were rapes. so please don't dumb down our games. you are a good player. i am not better then duck by any standards but i would atleast like to play a game.

Really no excuse not to say gl or w/e in practice games. There really is nothing to even focus on as undead at any point in the game. I think my most exciting moment as undead was clicking revive my dk for the 5th time in a game, and that only required 2 apm and 3 seconds.
Aside from that, I really don't care if somebody wants to play over me in most wars. The remaining teams that we play minus A1 tomorrow are easy wins and it would probably be doable for you if you practice.

My bad, I clearly imagined that no gg thing. either way I just got a cold vibe. Also, not that it really matters to me but I feel obligated to mention that you outscored me in g1 by a very narrow margin and primarily due to hero score and the fact that you went tri hero and I didn't as well as that I spent more time harassing than creeping like elf should with his dh~. And of course the 2nd two games were rape, I lost my fracking dh to creeps because I don't practice solo ever, and one of my fatal flaws for 1v1 is my inability to adapt when things go awry in my strategy (see g3 where I decide to tower rush anyway even when I see nerub in front and double crypt fiends...)
I have no qualms with you I just don't like coldness in cgs cuz I play them for fun. I didn't say I wasn't a good player, I just know my strengths and weaknesses and solo isn't one of them, primarily because I HATE it.
On a brighter note, I think you would be a fine 4th when seksi can't make it (as he often can't) and as I've discussed with mage have absolutely no desire to ever play a league solo match again if there are capable players that want to instead. If you like solo and practice, I don't see any reason why you couldn't get a chance to play. Don't mind me, I just speak my mind 24/7 on this forum, and I didn't mean to offend.

The admins of this league are a joke. First of all, they dealt with A1 dropping by.... not dealing with it at all. Second of all, they give U2 the 5-0 win vs aS for no reason at all. Both teams were clearly idiotic and incompetent at scheduling, neither of them should have gotten any points.

The U2 clan was half Iran. They were mentally totally retarded trying to convince us there is no veto for example and told us to read the rules. It was also hard to understand what they tried to say due to not existing english knowledge. And yeah, the internet in Iran is surely not the best and they complained about their pings all time. Also they were not able to post their lineup...

But if you prefer to win ,then seed duck for 2 1on1s and for the 2on2s..i'd be really dissapointed if u rely on duck winning this tournament almost on his own.

Good clanwars, i had much fun while playing/obsing games. I think all of the guys who played got at least a little better from playing against stronger/equal enemies.
