Suicide Squad was the big gainers this week, they jumped all the way up to 3rd place from outside the top 4. Zig Zag and Manneroths both keep the same position and have started to separate from the pack. In 4th, we have a 2-way tie!!
In the player standings, Wrecktify and Tyrant swapped positions to start this week. Wreck now claims the lead! Mog comes from outside the top 4 to take 2nd place and Eshan falls to 4th (from 2). Outside these 4, we have an extremely close battle for 6th place with almost every player just a win away from that spot!

As the other maps this week, Dragon Island makes it difficult for me to predict the outcome. I just haven't seen enough matches here, particularly 4-ways. Dragon Island provides enough space for Renaud to secretly mount and unmount hippogryph riders for two hours and harvest 100k lumber. Therefore, it should be top priority for all players to get him down to two lumber wisps before the ten minute mark. I guess this will be Fetta's job, who likes to be aggressive early. Mog and Airenikus should have the best odds here and I hope no one is underestimating Mog anymore at this stage.

LssL and Vale both have a playstyle and race that can fit to Lost Temple quite well. However, Junker and MrSweets are the favorites here. They both know how to win their early engagements, which is key on this map to gain xp. MrSweets tends to tunnelvision though, which can be a risk for him and his 1v1 enemy.

Heavy lineup for my mate and Santas little helper Aarni. I hope he may take a gift wrapping break to prepare some cheese strats for Purity. Betoon improved a lot since his first FML appearance, but he still is the weakest link here. Cumulo is under pressure and needs to secure more points, since his team isn't the biggest help score-wise. Tyrant might still be traumatized by what previously happened on Twisted Meadows against the Lama Whisperer (hope this will not fall under rascism, if so, I apologize).

I feel a bit sorry for Ponty here and hope he'll be able to pull off a surprise. Neither Supremo, nor Dinamo proofed to be a big help in stopping a dominating player. Trunks is back in shape and his first push deadly for almost every elf in the league. He deserved his slot in the semis and has a good chance to collect some important points here. In any case, I see Shave complaining after the game that Trunks unnecessarily unmounted his hippogryph riders two times.

I guess Gradi should immediately tear down his own base and hide in the forest. Three humans on Battleground are tough. As always, Noe the favorite here. Fortunately, he will prevent both other humans from sitting. So I hope we will see an actionpacked match with different hero combos.

Strongest cast of the week on a fun map. Wreck is on fire and the one to beat. Joggel learned this the hard way on Deadlock. He is the underdog, but has potential if he can step up his gold management and communication. Jaod and Alien rely on each other here and can both easily bulldoze on good days or disappoint on weaker ones

Interesting match up. Two of the top 5 elfs in fml, and 2 wild cards. The elfs and airenkus can all have a chance to win. Depends who tomes on fetta. Airenkus wagonmancer push could tome any of these 3 fairly easily. But mog and Renaud are cockroaches, so they should be able to survive and not die to early aggression from fetta or airenkus. Ultimately one of the cockroaches will win I'm choosing Renaud for his first win of season over the tinker abuser.

Wow what a cast. This game would be a million times better if this cast was on dragon island. 3 of us are really serious manip players. Seksi and Eshan have some drama issues so that will be entertaining. Seksi will be the aggressor here. So whoever he hits first will decide a lot on how this game goes. Eshan can compete with anyone and if he and seksi fight each other then me and hightac have a chance. If not then I think of the two favorites (Eshan or seksi) will win easy. Hightac is a good sneaky fucker though. Left alive he can surprise, just like last week verse alien.

Wow what a lineup. I love betoon, had a great game last week but is out classed by this cast. Super cum and tyrant are the favorites by far. But tyrant has amazing manip. So he is thw favorite hopefully cumulo tomes him early otherwise he will win.

Too much evil humans. Noexxx is the class of human and ffa players. But isn't playing as much. Gradient is a cockroach that doesn't die, but can't win either. 2 orcs and 2 heavyweight robo elves, though Airenikus has played UD lately but I think here he should pick orc and just mass bats. The map is big, which will benefit Mog cuz late game he can hide some trees and win base race with his Tinker. Anyway, I would still say my teammate Airenikus will win, but it requires that he will pick orc.

Anyone can win. Lssl should probably pick orc cuz he is better orc than human. MrSweets has good micro but sometimes bad ffa sense. Junkerzam usually plays pretty good but sometimes having bad games. Valefort is decent human player but a bit suicidal I think.

Interesting match, spawns will be key as in any 4-way in an 8 players map, i hope no one will be surrounded. If fetta has some time and manages to get good items he can be a serious threat to Mog or Renaud, I see Mog as a favorite since he's the most adaptable here but spawns will dictate a lot.

:icon_lol:yet another seksi/Eshan match, this time with hightac and iwantwc4 as attendants. This map favors agression heavily, agressive creeping especially and rebuilding is chancy at best. I see seksi dominating/killing 1 player fast very fast and then a protracted 3-way, Eshan wins it if he reaches that stage.

Noexx is the clear favorite there and that will likely make for a complicated but short game, no real room to rebuild and relatively little gold here so I don't see Gradient winning. Going with a fully dominating performance by Noexx !

Best cast here, no one is overly susceptible to get tomed by anyone. Since the map is large, I expect a full creeping before anything happens and then gold management will prevail. At this game I see Joggel going out and then a longer 3-way between alien wreck and jaod. Either wreck or alien will end up pissing jaod too much and the third one will take the win.

Large map which means long game. I imagine Renaud will hoard 20k, Mog will fight someone early, someone will take the Tome of Fetta, only to have fetta hide and rebuild to try and rattatat his first win. Airenikus is on fire this season, he almost won again last round, and he knows how to hoard/micro/backstab. He will probably team someone out and snake the win.

Vale is slowly rising and with no UD in this game (after his ultimate threat to Junker) if vale survives to 3way he can win. Lssl and sweets are strong micro bad macro players and junker is an all around talented player who can also win. Depends who gets solo suicided.

Cumulo is riding his Llama trying to personally lead his team to victory. The Peruvian menace, the Scumulo, is playing on such a high level that he rushed Tyrant out last game, and gave Tyrant his first 4th place ever. Betoon is outclassed here and Aarni wont be able to handle 2v1 vs cumulo. So if Tyrant dies first again, the Llamas will bellow

Mog is the favorite in this one, but i am going with Renaud because I think this is a game where he can be overlooked. Fetta and Airenikus are like loose canons in the midst of two very experienced night elves who know how to take wins the macro way :-)
Renaud should be able to any of these players in 1v1 and can hoard relatively uncontested on this map to get his late game chippo build going. However, he is probably not accustomed to the map and he only plays in FML so his rustyness may be his undoing as it has been in previous games. This might suggest that Mog[tryhard] will win because he makes sure to practice maps and device clever plans to win every fml game based on his knowledge of each player's style. However, I don't think Fetta and Airenikus will allow Mog to get another easy win so i'm going with Renaud.

Kudos to Junkerz if he dares to play undead this game! Valefort's suicidal tendencies to kill off undeads before the final 1v1 has already been felt by Jaod who took a hard beating. However, Jaod got avenged later by a drunk Dinamo in true rus mafia style :-)
My bet is on LssL this game. I think he will win his 1v1 and get overlooked the rest of the game and win a surprising win. Here mrsweets and LssL are the irrational players while junker and vale are the rational if junker doesn't play undead :D. Guess I have a tendency to predict underdogs to win :D

This is a game of manippers. LoL. Eshan and Seksi will for sure be at each other's throats or snake heads if you will! hizz, hizz.
IWANTWC4 will lose his 1v1 and cry for help, but Eshan and Seksi won't stop to help him. In the end Hightac wins because Seksi and Eshan have too much rivalry and ego to think clearly when it matters.

This is a good cast for Tyrant both because of his skills in 1v1 and his ability to manip players with relative weak ffa sense to help him win. He will have learned from his previous lose vs cumulo and play his cards better. It will either turn into a fast 3-way with betoon out of the game, or it will be a relative short game where one player walks over the rest after an easy 1v1 (probably Cumulo or Tyrant).

Who can stop the Trunks machine? Mass elves. Ponty and Dinamo's best chances is to preteam and team Trunks for name. However, if Trunks takes out Ponty or Dinamo first he will win an ez game. I'm going with Ponty because I think this will turn into a crazy game where Trunks isn't allowed to finish a player before getting teamed. Sadly.

ToX is taking FFA serious and he's one of the best microing undeads right now with only Tyrant on the same level. Here, he will have a chance to play vs three cunning and experienced players. I suspect this will be a very good game and am really looking forward to this.
All these players are in a proces of development except for Slythe who I don't see putting much effort into improving these days. My gut tells me it's either going to be Shave or Tox who wins because they are the best 1v1 players here and thus have better chances to make it to the 3-way.

The Switz powerhouse. What can I say? I looked at this cast and thought to myself that Noé is the clear favorite. Only teaming can stop him, but if he makes mass levels from gryphon rush it will be hard for the other players. My second favorite to win this game is actually Gradient who knows how to take advantage in 3-ways and is very hard to kill.

Yet another win for Wreck? This will be a tougher game for him I suspect though. The map doesn't favor his style at all. Alien doesn't go easy on top players and is playing top notch lately with any race microwise. He's aggressive and unforgiving. It's safe to say these two players will be in the 3-way unless they fight each other early and I suspect Alien can take an early lead.
So the question is what will happen between Jaod and Joggel and how will that change the pace of the game?
Jaod has good ffa sense so he will not be easily fooled. Joggel is the wildcard here. I suspect he or Jaod will be out first leading to a close game. Given Jaod's performances vs hu and orc it's tough to say. He is definitely better vs undead and elf, so for his sake I hope he makes a good strategy on the map to get an early advantage.
I think Jaod will be out first and joggel will be the joker that decides the game in favor of Alien or Wreck.
