I am interested a bit in finding out incredible damages and sometimes i'm thinking about the best DPS combos.
It probably seems clear, that BM/TC/SH is the best in making damage, but i would like to read some of your ideas.
For example, I consider to try Alchy/BM/TC, with undead of cuz, cuz there's no othey way to get that heroes without picking DR. Of cuz there will be several problems with disable skills, but this combo is more for fun. Acid+the best orb in game can reduce armor greatly. Alchy and BM can do increadibly high damage both+endurance helps. Also TC aura can be a good replacement of DK. With necros frenzy, pair of shamans kodo and druid it will be possible to kill armies in seconds. What do you think?

this is very theoretical to get this army/heroes in ffa :D in a normal game i would say the best dps army was the one trunks had with dh potm naga fairies. my heroes died in second and i couldnt even use sh heal cuz he was cycloned. your hero combo will be great for herokilling but it wont be able to win you a fight against for example a human with MK PALA. you cant kill those heroes that easily but he can kill your bm/tc easily. so highest dps combo would prolly be bm alchi dh. better combo would be your alchi bm tc for stomp wave aura, but it still would lose to bm tc pala or bm tc sh.

Any combo with DH and PotM is pretty insane. Massive chaos splash. If you go DH, PotM and DR it is theoretically possible to make a chim+shaman+necro army. Lvl 3 Trueshot aura + blood lust + unholy frenzy on your DH and chims should be insane. Other than that, Orc on maps with claws +12 etc. is your best bet. Even noobs can do well with that.

if you are talking to doing max. dmg to a single unit, then nothing beats coil nova with mass frosties right clicking u. If you are talking about aoe dmg then the answer is hard because a lot of heroes provide great benefits, but I think standard armies combinations are the best we can get. I think DH panda and POTM is one of the strongest, but a bit underused imo.

100 food chippo probably deals the most pure dmg of any army, imo it's best with Dr panda potm though replacing Dr with dh will obviously add even more dps

If its single target damage then its just elf with
100 food chim + dh + kotg with entangle + potm aura 3 + a bear for roar and a poison orb on kotg.

There is no cap on the Bat's aoe attack.
So if you are playing against 11 opponent who are all massing gyrocopters (so 1100 units) and are all getting them in a radius of 20
You will be able to deal 600 + 1099 * 140 damage with a single bat
AKA 154 460 damage
And ppl wonder why we have to eliminate orcs!

If we are talking about the maximum damage achievable in one "attack" then it would be Banish + Bolt + Holy Light + volley of 21 gryphons with Inner Fire on an undead unit.

Warden/Panda/Alchi is always fun (DPS vs AA).
my favourite though is:
DK/Lich + Orb of Corruption + Alchi + Potm + frenzied Wyrms + talons + Roar.
Easiest is just go undead and chose Alch, but with getting a wisp (banshee) you can unleash its full power :D

i have tried a lot and now always use warden panda pitlord as it is better in hero arena than alch third. this is as pit ultimate has cripple and stomp. RoF+ BoF also better vs tanks.

I think crylaxu was right, banish with all human nukes and mass gryphons on an und unit could deal well above 5k dmg imo.
