I have a question ? What is the policy for observers ? First come first serve ? I hate watching a game on a stream, usually FAR too few items/gold/food/hero levels/units upgrade checks

First come and first serve + the do not leave the game rule. And we might exclude several strangers (random observers) aswell.

Streamers will get a higher priority, but they have to add a delay of 15 minutes.

we haven't forgotten you!  but our experts with words are currently busy... and the victory announcement should be epic! not just "he won, gratz lolz" (that's what I did for season 12 when I won... and they never took the time to make an epic post since I already had one!!!!)
