Ye the times were in Est

It sounds like i have an icehockey on sunday. but maybe we can play after or b4 i need to leave for it.  the match might be on saturday

"Assuming those times are EST (which they should be, you're supposed to use EST hours for scheduling), how does 18:00 on Wednesday sound for you guys?"
isnt that a good time for the game?
