After a successful Season 18, it is time to finish off the season with one final clash of the titans!! Four of the best FFA players of all time have reached this final stage in the league but only one will reach the infamous "Hall of Fame"! It is finally my pleasure to announce the participants in this seasons GRAND FINAL!!

Mog[Skynet]

Many people see him as the "Future of FFA" while others seem to always scratch their head and wonder how Mog manages to be so successful. One thing is for sure though, he IS successful! Mog brings to FML a strange combination of experimental hero combinations, "purple sky" and an almost unreal level of FFA sense. While his micro never seems to parallel his strengths, that never seems to stop him from exceptional results. Last season, Mog also advanced into the Finals but had an underwhelming performance. This year, he intends to make-up for that and prove to everyone that intelligence is how you win FFA games!

Tyrant66

Tyrant is another player in the "new-school" of FFA play. His strength are similar to that of Mogs but also adds into the mix a Macro ability that hasn't been seen Nooblex dominated the ladder many years ago. In almost every game, observers are perplexed how Tyrant manages to out-macro even the most decorated veterans of the league. Even when players know his sneaky tactics, the Macro machine still out-golds and out-stratagizes. But his most impressive strength is his ability to win games without having to get his hands very dirty. In this game, you can expect him to deploy his full strength and hope to take an underdog victory!

LudiX

The most debated topic in FFA is when a solo player makes the switch over the FFA. Many players seem to make big waves in the scene like YaWs and WarchiefRich, but few seem to excel.  The players who are able to make the switch, however, can become the most deadly players in the scene. The list is short but includes the heavyweights Target and Rain. LudiX is another player to join this short list of players! An orc player who can micro at the level of a professional player is one of the most scary combinations in Warcraft 3. Expect the orc powerhouse to shove his orc fist into the face of his opponents!

Wrecktify

Before this season even began many people would have guessed that the self-proclaimed FFA King would be here. He is one of the most decorated FFA champions in history with 3 FML titles. Somehow, despite the odds, he seems to always find his way into the finals of almost every FML season. While he tactics may not always be legitimate (read: DarkFlameMaster) it always manages to impress the crowds and fans of this game-type. In Season 18, Wrecktify hopes to end the eternal tie between himself and Magadansky and be the only player in FML with 4 titles!

why Twilight Ruins ? It is a boring map ! We have seen several finals on this map already ! Why are you not up to a change ?

The majority of the admins voted for it. We had even more finals on Market. And we used Harvest several times too.

I understand the choice, it is a very balanced map. But kind of boring especially creeps. No big Ogre, or big dragon, or big golem, or big spider, or hydra !

This write up rivals CriticalBastards 10 seasons ago when he basically said "I don't exactly know how Wrecktify wins but he somehow does so here he is."   I wish I was known for being good at something *sniffle sniffle*

Twilight should be fine, though I agree with Meeds - I think Harvest should just be saved for finals every season.  Overall a very balanced map.

hum, not true, that map would be more balanced.
Just saw a game of ludix on twilight with +50 BM 450 bm strikes... +12 claws or +15 there is not much difference..

Items on Harvest are >>>> Twilight, thats a fact there is no reason to discuss. BM here with 4 Market places loaded with huge items would be insane.

Prediction : steppin fight for obsing but needs to go after 25 mn. Mog already killed Ludix with a rush. Tyrant obs disks, wreck is super weak and fight with less gold. Mog champion

same number of marketplaces, bm will be missing only -3 damage from claws, and -crown, and crown would help others stay alive so, in this scenario it works opposite as you say. .

Pimping bm was not a criteria when we chose the map...it was more like that we already used Harvest in the groupstage.

harvest also has spellshield/inferno stones/permanent golems creeps, there are no crowns on harvest.

inferno stones are unbalanced for hoarders ! I have seen a flight 50vs100. The guy succeed to defend because he had 2 infernos stones ....
