Thank you everyone for applying to our new event! We received 40 applications, which means we will have 4 teams of 10 players each. With many players signing up to be a captain, it was a tight race to choose the best candidates for the role. Congratulations to the following 4 players for being chosen as captains for Team Battle Royale:

Now that applications are finalized and captains have been selected, that brings us to the next phase, the draft phase. Captains will follow a snake-draft format for selecting their teams (ABCDDCBAABCD...). If possible, this may be a live draft and may even be streamed. If not, the draft will happen in private and teams will be announced late Friday EST, along with the schedule of matches for the first week of games. Things will move very quickly over the next few days so please check in with the site every day leading into the weekend.

When players are assigned to their teams, everyone will join their team's private discord channel. Because we are following KoFFA style scheduling (matches follow a fixed-schedule throughout the week), communication between team members will be essential for scheduling and assigning players to matches.

All of the logistical details out of the way, we are very excited for the upcoming event and we hope you all enjoy some of the interesting challenge modes that will be played, including random heroes, no chat, no-air units, banned heroes, and of course 2v2v2v2!

awww yeah. I really hope we can do a live draft!!! That'd be the coolest thing ever.

I predict Noexxx #1 pick with htrt #2. Tyrant #3 and Rain #4. Just my guesses!

you guys should do it dota 1 style, you first ban then pick xD. That'd be hillarious and maybe actually work to prevent others from selecting top players from the start xD!.

1. Htrt 2 Noexxx 3 Alien 4 Qwest (after that there are about 10 noobs that could be 5: Tyrant(out of shape) Junker TGW B100 SHAVE TOX RAIN Sheik Dinamo Eshan etc.) These Players all have some good and some weak skills. While the top 4 are good in really all terms: Micro, Macro Gamesense, Tryharding etc.

losing heroes to creeps is a sign that you are finally a ffa player!

I call it success if i only lose 1 hero to creeps per game
