:Germany::ra: Slythe
:Australia::orc: Sweet
:USA::ud: SteppinRazor

Sweet has been playing well lately, and I think he really wants to directly qualify for finals so will take this game very seriously. Slythe certainly could take this also, but I'll go with Sweet here. Don't see much chance for fetta or steppin tbh. They both just aren't playing as well this season.

:Poland::ne: Gradient
:Canada::ne: Renaud
:Russia::ud: SomethingWicked
:USA::ud: Audigy

Audigy probably won't show up, but I'm still picking an ud to win--SomethingWicked! Most will probably see Renaud as the favorite here, and maybe he is, but I don't think he does as well in those situations. Gradient could also steal a win here in a base race, but I don't think the other players will let him.

:USA::ra: Eshan
:Denmark::ud: Tleilaxu
:Russia::ud: Pyatac

Oh lawd. I'm a big Eshan fan, but I think with this cast of players he is basically destined to be suicided. Laxu and jaod aren't going to allow cumulo to hoard in sneaky situations like he is prone to do, so I can't see him winning here either. Laxu only wins games I'm involved in, so I'll go with jaod to take this one!

:Sweden::ra: Junkerzam
:Germany::ra: SosoHasRedHair
:Russia::ne: Dinamo
:Germany::ne: b2w.TrunkzZz

I'll be blunt, trunkzzz was hyped so much before this season,  but the only thing I've really seen from him is the inability to schedule fml games. So who knows if he will even show up (especially since he statistically can't advance). That being said, Junkerzam has been on fire this season, so he's definitely the favorite here for me. Dinamo doesn't seem to be playing as much lately, and his last round game looked very sloppy, so hopefully he can show a better game here but I still don't see him winning. Shave is forever a mystery to me. He seems to have potential, and sometimes looks very strong; but sometimes he just flat out looks like a noob who doesn't give a shit. Therefore, I'm going with junkerzam here.

I expect mr. Map hack 3.0 to win here. After Qwest wins I also predict a 50 page essay from jaod about how qwest is a cheater and should be banned. In all seriousness, this game will come down to wreck and qwest, and unless wreck cleverly manips the other players to suicide / overly team qwest , then I don't see how qwest doesn't win.

Again two fellow Ravenclaw buddies in one match. It breaks my heart so see them fighting each other. Noexx I won't repeat it again. This time will cheer for you.

Fetta is playing bad since he has a new laptop, probably he should sell
His new crap laptop and going to continue on his old one to get better results. Fun fact: Did you guys know that fett means fat in German? Yep fetta is fat. Okay, sweet will take that win here, cause Sltyhe will play a weird hero combo with no chances against sweets high lvl orc heroes. Steppin is rusty so he won't be a big threat here.

:Poland::ne: Gradient

Renaud or Wicked. Or again a sneaky gradient win? Audigy needs to improve since he is a big exp tome this season. Hope we will see a better performance of him.

Haha pretty nice drama cast. All experienced players with a lot of shit talking skills. I like eshan since he used me in my first season as puppet. It's a bit like the Stockholm syndrome. Everyone is able to win here. Hope for 3h game with mass chat. Prolly I will read only the chat and won't watch the game, could be more entertaining than to see ud bases to tanks. Cheering for eshan here.

Puh hard to predict, Junker is playing really solid that season. He will win that match somehow. Trunks is the new Count Dracula obsessed with anti aging and vegan food. Probably he is more interested to share his nudes with ena than preparing for that game. Shave is shave and dinamo will probably Tunnel Vision someone.

Finally last cast. Really annoying to write that unfunny shit on a smartphone. Here we have 3 way between qwest, wrecktify and reinforcement due to enas disc. Ena we love u but get finally access to w3arena somehow. Reinforcements is a solid player but not on the same lvl than west and wreck. I have that feeling that wreck will take this.

Re: S25 Grand Finals
Sweet you lost, get over it. Stop trash talking about the work other people put a lot of effort into it. If the map has certain characteristics that yo do not like, then adapt your strategies to the map instead of bitching about it, specially when you are not even going to play in.

Now as for wreck, it's hard to tell whether he's being honest or just trolling ...

Sweet is allowed to think a shit maps shit.  Just because you feel solidarity with a fellow map maker doesnt negate that, or negate our appreciation someone made a new map.  The same way I think your Mason De La Casa map is good, I wouldnt put in as teh finals map as its hardly finished.  If you disagree with someone, make counter arguments.  Ad hominem attacks are admitting you dont have an argument to begin with.

Re: M7 Result Well excuse me? I really don't understand this decision making. It was very clear and simple. I agreed to the original date and time and then had unforseeable construction workings in my street. I asked for a reschedule but I announced in the same sentence that it might work out and that I might get my internet back in time. It played out as I predicted it and asked to play the game as originally planned. Unfortunately Sweet already made new plans, so all 4 players agreed to play next week. All chats can be found in discord... So why is it being played then? In addition to that I clearly stated I will be gone from 23-30.Your reasoning to play out the game was me being inactive for 2 days, I struggle to find sense in your decisionmaking to play out the games, esspecially now that we are playing a team tournament and you are hurting the whole team with that...sigh

Re: Sympo Final S2! Bad game by all players :icon_rolleyes:
Noé played smart, but had a horrible strategy for the early game. Airenikus could've killed him any time during first 20-30 mins, but he never attacked Noé all game for no reason.
Airenikus + cumulo played without brain.
Eshan got outclassed in first engagements with cumulo and never fully recovered from it.

I guess this game illustrates how sympo is just not taken seriously. Anyway gratz to Noé for winning and being the only consistent player throughout sympo league

Re: M7 Result The correct action should have been to play the original time without Sweet. However, clearly this didn't happen and a very poorly communicated string of events happened afterward. I don't honestly recall everyone agreeing on the following weekend for the rescheduled game. I remember suggesting same time next weekend, and then someone pointing out that Life could not play next weekend because he was unavailable the 23rd - 30th. Also, then Noexxx said he it was likely he wouldn't be available either, so with 2 players seemingly unavailable after that weekend we tried to make it work over that weekend. I do apologize to you Life, because you did give advance notice about the original time and in hindsight the correct action should have been to play the original time. Because of the lack of communication and the (false?) Information we had, I did feel pressured that this game needed to be played last weekend. The result of a match with 2 subs is undesirable, but at this point it is what it is. We will add 10 points for Life + Life's team.

:FF: M17
:Germany: :ne: HighTac [Rage]
:Lithuania: :hu: EvilPeanut [BM]
:Russia: :ud: Jaod [Ena]
:Germany: :orc: Fail.Life [CoR]

Peanut is looking good this season. Pretty even cast, I think it will depend a lot on who knows the map and who doesn't...

:MT: M18
:Germany: :hu: LssL [Rage]
:USA: :ne: WRECKTIFY [BM]
:World: :ne: TomToast [Ena]
:Peru: :hu: Zs.Supercumulo [CoR]

Really hated cumulo's play last round if I'm being honest. However, LssL may be harboring some ill will toward Wrecktify from his horrible treatment in the last round. TomToast is a total wild card. Some times he can look pretty good, and sometimes he simply doesn't care. I think he takes after Shave  :icon_mrgreen:

:MO: M19
:Russia: :orc: Airenikus [Rage]
:Germany: :ra: Slythe [BM]
:Germany: :ne: Trunks [Ena]
:USA: :ra: Seksi [CoR]

Trunks been on fire this season, some say he is the favorite to win it all, but his manip is really poor and I highly doubt players like slythe or seksi will fall for it.

:SA: M20
:Finland: :ne: Aarnikratti [Rage]
:Russia: :ne: Dinamo [BM]
:Germany: :hu: QQs [Ena]
:Canada: :ne: Renaud [CoR]

I expect at least 3 hours for this game. I also expect Renaud so somehow have 10k gold more than the others at some point, despite mining from the same mines and in the same upkeep. Oh, but he will only have 35 lumber.

:FF: M21
:Germany: :orc: MrSweets [Inc]
:USA: :ne: ludakatapro [FREE]
:Switzerland: :hu: Noexxx [SS]
:USA: :ne: Mog [Zig]

Can't believe I match Noexxx 3x in a row....Not sure yet who will replace ludakatapro; and quite frankly, that will have a big impact on this game. Mrsweet is a strong fighting orc, so maybe whoever survives Noe's rush can have a chance here. I have a feeling he will rush me though  :icon_rolleyes:

:MT: M22
:USA: :orc: IWANTWC4 [Inc]
:World: :orc: Joggel [FREE]
:USA: :ra: AlienWareOwnZ [SS]
:USA: :ra: Eshan [Zig]

I definitely expect an eshan/iwantwc4 suicide, because they both chat aggressively in ways that tend to piss other players off. Sometimes Alien can be hotheaded too, so hopefully we will see some fireworks this game! Joggel is definitely a mystery to me, he seems solid, just needs more ffa experience (especially FML type ffa experience).

:MO: M23
:World: :orc: Betoon [Inc]
:Poland: :ne: Gradient [FREE]
:Germany: :ra: SosoHasRedHair [SS]
:Hungaria: :ud: Tyrant [Zig]

Some may say Gradient should have been on Sanctuary...but I've played vs him on Monsoon and he can be quite good with his annoying style. Could be a headache for these other players. Especially while Shave suicides Tyrant  :icon_lol:

:SA: M24
:Sweden: :orc: Fetta_ook [Inc]
:Argentina: :ne: Supremo [FREE]
:France: :ne: Ponty [SS]
:Sweden: :ra: Junkerzam [Zig]

I predict fetta picks elf here, and then rolls to a victory. I mean anyone who saw Supremo's last couple games know he will just pick a target and then suicide (seemingly unknowingly/totally unaware of the fact that ffa has multiple players). I guess it depends on spawns.

Re: S26 round 5!
Again, who cares if its gorgeous when its an unbalanced map? Any map that has has two expos on one side is imbalanced. It means your 1v1 opponent will have access to both of your expos, while his will be safely on the other side of the map. It gives one player a huge advantage over the other, simply based on map positioning. A map that makes 2 players start with a disadvantage over the other two is an imbalanced and unplayable map. Meson de taberna does this too, unless players all coordinate and decide to expo clock and counterclock.

Maps like twisted meadows have one expo that is close to your enemy, but it compensates by having an island expo behind your base.

Cozy fuckin sands is the reason noexxx lost to laxu in 1v1 lol. If that doesnt prove imbalance then idk what does

I have to agree here with Eshan. Cozy fucking Sand may look good, but it's not a good map to play on it. We tested it quite often before the final fml game and most of the times( 80-90 %) won the guy next to the opponent mines. I don't know why people still trying to defend this map. It's not a good ffa map. We have a lot more better maps from that Contest like Dragon Island, Neon City, Purity, even Boom town is played sometimes and it's fun as well. I'm also pretty sure we never hosted fucking sand once for a inhouse after the final game.

I think also that Purity is quite underrated, it's actually a nice FFA map.
