I just can't guarantee them unless you guys can handle ~12 hour notice on a free weeknight to be honest, and it would be mean 2 AM+ for the Russians anyways.

That proposed time should be ok, but I won't know for certain until the date approaches, probably Wed the 16th at the latest

Saturday / Sunday - All Day (but we need to schedule soon cause im not leaving my weekend open cause non of you will schedule.)
