Re: S24 M30
Well this is going to be trouble.... my schedule is basically opposite of cumulo so here goes:
First week is better for me because the weekend I will be mostly free. Second week I am unavailable on the weekend which may prove to be problematic looking at cumulos schedule
1st week: Tuesday - Friday : 9:30 - 11:00 EST Saturday : best day for me, free from 13:00 - 23:00 EST Sunday : not as good as saturday but I could make most times work after 11:00 EST
2nd week Monday - Friday : 9:30 - 11:00 EST Saturday : MAYBE something around 11:00 EST but that's about it Sunday : N/A
I'm still thinking about my veto...

Also nline, hurricane isles is already veto'd. Any other map you want to veto?

-Great map layout and size. Rushing is a possibility, but hoarding could also be viable. It is one of those rare maps where multiple strats are possible; the map doesn't force you into one specific playstyle.
-Creeps around start location. The camps are all fairly easy, but you could open different ways because of the variety of creeps. Have to study the item drops per camp more closely, but from what I could tell they were good. Question though, does the orange camp with the 3 dragons always drop 2 agil tomes? I like it, I was just curious.
-I like when maps have a shop and goblin lab nearby each start location, but obviously that is personal preference.
-The layout of the map is nice. In my opinion it just works, but it looks and feels different from other popular ffa maps which is refreshing
Some things I didn't like:
-Lumber is lacking around main base. This just forces you to relocate shredder to other expos quickly, which isn't all that terrible...but gives elves a slight advantage.
Actually that's really the only thing I disliked. Sure, the Tavern can be annoying to get to...but in my opinion it is no different from Harvest of Sorrow (which happens to be my favorite ffa map).
Great work! Looking forward to playing more games on it.

Re: S24 Grand Final
Yeah I'm not really convinced about "2 of the maps heavily favor ud"
Deathrose is more like orc > ud > hu > ne Deadlock is more like ne > ud > hu > orc And twilight is pretty balanced
Regardless, any of the maps have potential to provide a great finals and no matter the outcome we will be welcoming a 1st time fml champion into the hall of fame!

Re: S24 Community Feedback
The only criticism I have for this past season is the new scoring system we tested out. I liked the +2 points for top score (even for the winner), and I even didn't mind the smaller point differential between 1st and 2nd place. What I really ended up disliking was the lessened penalty of finishing 4th. The reason I dislike it so much, is it creates this sort of "meh" mentality for someone who is in a game and possibly will finish last. In the past, finishing last was more heavily penalized, and I think that's a good thing. What I disliked about the lower points for finishing last is if something comes up last minute for a player and they have to be subbed; it was really unfortunate because of the harsh scoring. All this to say, maybe if the scoring system remains mostly the same, but 4th place should get 8 points instead of 10, but someone who can't show but informs Admins ahead of time gets 10pts instead of 8? Something to consider (at least in my opinion)

Re: The 80+ Club (Build-A-World Results!)
Yay! Greenville was one of my favorite (and it looks like I'm the only one who voted for it). I'm so glad it made the 80+ club!

Re: TBR Thursday Week 1 Result
Give him a break he's never played any fml or competitive ffa games ever before so how could he know. If I were there obviously I would have told him not to pick one of those colors. Maybe instead of being an asshole to newer players you could try to be a little inclusive so people aren't immediately turned off. Our little community benefits from new players giving ffa a shot, whether they are apart of "your team" or not.
