Update: Ena will be given a 5 point penalty for excessive flaming with unacceptable insults and pausing the game while hexing an enemy hero. Admins reserve the right to replace players if they repeatedly fail to show a certain level of respect towards this league and other players.

Update: Gradient will be given a five point penalty for private messaging to ena before the game and asking for preteam. Admins dont see any evidence of qwest andSomethingWicked preteaming

1) qwest & somethingwicked preteamed (somethingwicked tried to suicide on me while being -1 goldmine behind granting a mine to qwest)

2) gradient asked me for pre team before the start of the game on private chat.

I think that given the evidence presented by ena, Gradient deserves a more severe punishment. Voluntarily asking someone to preteam before the game should be a bannable offense, starting with an immediate expel of the season. If you are just going to subtract 5 pts because it was "the first offense" then everyone will exploit this weakness in the rulebook and preteam, at least in one game, so that they could obtain (22 - 5) pts > 12 pts.

I think you and the other admins who are calling the shots are being too soft on people blatantly cheating. We saw it last season with a smurf registration to get an advantage for being "new" in the community and now a player who has been accused in the past for similar behaviour explicitly asks to preteam just because the other two players are strong. This is beyond unacceptable.

One thing is to go into the game with a mindset of how you want things to turn out. Maybe is best to stay away or not engage with a certain player given his attitude and skills, and avoiding him until certain point is fine. But planning a style of play for that particular game, with that particular player (which causes some to think is preteam, but it really isn't) is not the same as being a cheating cunt who sends a PM asking for peace or preteam and then, like so many other losers have done it in the past, claim "it was a joke".

Do not be afraid to give harsh punishments. Losing one or two members for one or two seasons is not the end of FML. The end is when you allow this kind of crap to persist by not erradicating the problem when it first appears. Otherwise players will walk all over the rules and try to justify their wrong behavior by pointing out times like this when you let cheaters get away.

As for Ena, I haven't watched the game yet, but given his actions in the past (TBR 2), 5 pts seems a reasonable punishment.

I don't agree with any of you. We should instantly ban all Russian pre reamers. That's the biggest problem here.

I don't know Wicked that much, but he seems like a cool guy, similar to Airen imo, so I will give him the benefit of the doubt.

Now as for Qwest ... lol. He will play by the rulebook, but use subtle manipulation to convince you to see things his way prior to a game. So be wary of how you play when you are in a game with him.
